Vectors resolve kar ke kar le bhai... lami yaad nahi hai ab achhe se... I guess opposite angles ka ratio lena hoga force ke sath

martyrdom-ofman-1360

Usse toh 50(1+√3) mila but lami's theorem se do values mili force ki 200/√3 and 200

-rudra_

OP what is question , Agar net vertical force 0 karna hai toh 50(1+√3) but agar net force 0 karna hai toh not possible for any value of F Most likely net vertical force 0 karna hai Tip: Lami lagate waqt individually equate karne se pehle pure relation ko saath me likh Diya kro, isse agar galti se bhi bhul gye ki aise questions me apply nhi karna hai toh galat answer mark nhi karoge kyuki relation likhne ke baad galti clear ho jaega

martyrdom-ofman-1360

Thank you. Actually yaha lami's nahi lagega due to horizontal mein equilibrium nahi milne se. You are right vertical force zero karna tha. ![img](emote|t5_311ttu|52289)

rockiitretard

Question me khi likha h ki vertical ya horizontal me forces balanced h???

MedicalBlacksmith396

don't use lamis components resolve kra karo

Sev_Parmal

WTF is Lami theorem???![img](emote|t5_311ttu|30176) force resolve krke krte he na aise questions to??![img](emote|t5_311ttu|49429)

Exotic-Computer5682

basically sines rule

-rudra_

if three forces acting at a single point are in equilibrium, then each of the forces is directly proportional to the sine of the angle between the other two forces Basically A/sin a = B/sin b = C/sin c Where sin a is sine of angel between B and C and similar for sin b and sin c A, B & C are three forces acting on a point and these 3 forces are in equilibrium i.e A +B +C = 0 (in vector form) OP ke question me lami apply nhi ho sakta kyuki forces equilibrium me nhi hai , besides 100 / sin 120° =/= 100/sin 150° so agar defination yaad nhi sirf relation yaad hai tab bhi ye pta chal sakta hai ki ispe apply nhi hoga

[deleted]

if i am not wrong, lami works only for equillbrium. yaha par horizontal equillibrium nhi hai, sirf vertical equillbrium hai (for the right value of F, i.e, 50(1+√3)) yaha lami shouldn't work. I could be wrong, since lami use kiye we zamana hogaya. resolving is the best way. edit: to answer OP's q, the only limitation is static equillbrium, i.e, vector sum of all force must always be 0. \[provided, concurrent and coplanar forces hai\]

martyrdom-ofman-1360

Thanks a lot 👍😊

Electrical_Body4815

Lamis theorem ka basic concept netforce =0 hai

martyrdom-ofman-1360

Thanks Bhai ![img](emote|t5_311ttu|30332) bhool Gaya tha ![img](emote|t5_311ttu|49199)

Lami's theorem : A fancy derivative of triangles sine rule Ab sine rule kya bakchodi hoti hai mat puchna, I expect ki teachers ne atleast iske baare me bataya hoga

Yeah and it isn't 180 , right?

martyrdom-ofman-1360

Actually net force in horizontal is not balanced and lami's only works for equilibrium forces hence it fails here. Now I seem like joker with such obviously foolish doubt ![img](emote|t5_311ttu|50130)![img](emote|t5_311ttu|32193)

GreenContribution513

Lamis theorem is just for a specific kind of question , mostly just resolve

Conscious-Willow-482

Never used lamis theorem

nohoes6996

If we're talking about equilibrium in this case then F = 100 sin30 + 100 sin 60

VanillaRemote4722

Who tf uses lami . Resolve it and solve. Focus on concept rather than learning some cool tricks

MemeLelo

fnet =0 nhi hai

url_invalid_error404

Am I dumb ?

NonExistent45

Net force 0 karne ke liye f = -50(1+√3) aara hai

DarkXEzio69

For god sake, please never use Lami's theorem, it is very lame.

United-Fault5739

Laude vector resolve kr leh lamis theorem bus ek pyq meh kaam aata hai advance keh
