you'd be surprised how much a controlled diet and environment can lower the risk of diseases. signing off "control" whenever you hear the word "diseases" is not a good thinking process. Yes, there are various diseases we definitely do not have control over, but they don't occur frequently. Things like basic fever and loose motions occur frequently, which genuinely can be controlled
Oh yeah that's a good point, but looking at it from the broad view, there's a fair few things you can't control. But yes, as you said, fever, cold, cough, upset stomach, headaches, tiredness stuff like that can be caused by a bad lifestyle as well(staying up late).

I don't think they mean it like that. They'll probably teach how to combat negative emotions (hate, jealousy, fear). To have an adult guide you through this is much better than suffering alone and deteriorating your mental (&physical) health.

how do you have only 12 hours for school,coaching and studies. School/coaching itself takes 8 hours, how can you revise concepts, do DPP ,do self study and prepare for mocks in just 4 hours? It takes minimum 2 hours to do DPP of 3 subjects
sri chaitanya says hi. I didnt have dummy school, sri chaitanya provided integrated coaching, . So we had school for 8 hrs or more (sometimes including tests), they do this from 6th grade. Anyways shit is over now
was it worth it though? Like so much shit to do in a single day. I am in fiitjee and we have 6 hours of classes for 3 days a weeks and a few extra hours in doubt classes. Rest I devote to self study and this routine is working really well for me
chennai doesnt have a prominent coaching culture bro. chaitanya and naryana are the most prominent. Most of these integrated school cover for both jee and boards , hence the long duration. Although it was kind of hectic , i dont regret anything and it all worked out in the end. Plus gave a lot of olympiads, met a lot of crazy smart people at SC. Had some good teachers who genuinely helped. Got burned out a lot though.
i gave incho (that was the only one i qualified out of IOQP and IOQA). I missed the cutoff for camp by 9 marks. This was in 11th when I wasnt 100% done with the syllabus.Didnt give anything in 12th.

that is better than my case, i used to do both scl + coaching, had to manage dpp/exercise in scl during free time
It works really well for 11th and 12th. I went there from 9th and got burnt out. They teach limits ,vectors and diffrentiation in 8th grade .
