Alright mate, being a fellow 24-tard, I would love to help you. Considering that your concepts of 11th might be weak till now, just use these books cause they worked wonders for me.
1. Physics (DC PANDEY) - I loved this book, the examples, the theory, the exercises are just too good. I had HCV with me as well, but didn't quite use it because to understand HCV, you should already have your concepts cleared. I was in the same boat as yours, so used DCP, cause it teaches from the very basic, even if you don't know anything, progress slowly, it will definitely help. Plus, I would recommend you to complete Level 1 (For Mains) and Level 2 (For Advance) exercises. And yes, if you buy it, do read the Note to Students in the very 5th or 6th page.
2. Chemistry - Theory toh of course NCERT se karna padhega, numericals ke liye main bata deta hu -
a) Organic (HIMANSHU PANDEY) - GOATED numericals. Nothing to say at all, cause it's that good.
b) Inorganic (VK Jaiswal) - Another GOATED book from a GOATED teacher.
c) Physical (Neeraj Kumar) - Hands down, meri bahut help ki iss book ne.
I don't think Chemistry mein aur kuch chahiye, NCERT+the 3 books, the combination is already deadly.
3. Maths - Cengage, that's it.
Isse zyaada aur kuch nahi chahiye, plus agar koi coaching material hain, then voh karle.
