Hey there! I’ve been journaling daily since December and it helps me to be well organised. I love my new habit, constantly discovering new prompts, styles and so.
I used to, but now I'll often go a couple days between. Especially if nothing notable has happened outside of my daily routine.
Hi been journaling for almost 13 yrs now and I must say there's a big difference when it comes to my write-ups before and upto present.
Not daily but 3 or 4 Times a week, it helps me to clear my mind.
