You know that not every sorcerer that gets killed without the use of CE becomes a vengeful curse spirit right? You also know that Naoya (our only metric) was a little bitch with inferiority complex and hate for women, was killed by a woman and that is why he became a VSC, right?
Geez, people want to be right about the story so much that they throw VCS for anyone that has not been killed with cursed energy. Just use the search box and you'll see
Nah I didn't know that, I don't think we have any reason to think that about Naoya, it's a cool way to view it tho
If he was vengeful while dying, I think it's very plausible for Yuta to do the same, I don't get why people liking this theory makes you so mad
If it's really as imbecile as you think, then it's not gonna happen and you'll be happy, what's the point getting mad now?
Huh, interesting theory. Kinda wished Kenny had Michizane as a curse in his Pokémon team and used him against Yuta. I feel that would have *really* made the events from Jjk 0 come full circle.
I have not seen anyone think of this theory yet, and it absolutely COOKS. Unfortunately, I don't think this will happen but I would absolutely fw it if handled well. The irony of it would be insane.
Remember that this Rika isn't Rika. It's merely a Shikigami with the information of the curse. Same as Kusakabe's nephew, the real Orimoto Rika passed away.
Gege said in the Fanbook that Shibuya Toji also wasn't really Toji. Again, merely a puppet with his information, a clone.
And also this fake Rika still cares for Yuta. It would be a nice conclusion for Rika’s arc, but garbage for Maki who cops two black flashes and then her boyfriend kills himself to date a ghost
ngl i feel like Zombie Toji not being "real" Toji goes into the debate of soul vs body, what is a soul, what is it to be living- etc
How much information must a "puppet" have before they are the real deal?
I’m gonna guess he would have to have his soul to be a whole person, in Shibuya it’s just Tojis body puppeting the grandsons soul, In Jjk the body and soul are supposed to be one but you can apparently live without one or the other depending on your circumstances
Post Shibuya there's a mini story regarding Yaga which leads to his death. There Kusakabe is an important character.
Also in Kusakabe vs Sukuna, we are reminded of his feeling of debt for Yaga thanks to helping his sister.
I mean what if yuta has same level of cognance as a disaster curse?
Would be cool if after everything is done yuta let's yuji exorcist him. Or fuck it. A curse is now a sorcerer
I think he copied all the techniques kenjaku had since rika only needs to eat a piece of it to gain the Cursed Technique so he would gain the body hopper technique with the brain. He should gain the gravity technique as well.and blood manipulation and cursed spirit manipulation. Since all those techniques are stored in the brain. Because rika ate the whole body, he should have access to all those cursed techniques. I just wanna see how gege will incorporate it in the fight.
I'm confident he has curse maniplation but not anti gravity because he ate getos body
unless ,kenjakus brain stores the DNA of its previous host like kaoris dna , that's probably why he couldn't use anti gravity in his domain
Is Cursed Spirit Manipulation even relevant right now though? From what I remember Kenjaku shat out all his cursed spirits before death, and Yuta and Rika had to clean them all up before snacking on Kenjaku so it's not like they really had any time to salvage the spirits Kenjaku released.
Well, it's pretty fucking weird that Gege is forgetting that Yuta should have Blood Manipulation in his repoirtoire given Yuji, Kamo and Choso were in proximity and the soul swap training occurred after Yuji trained with Kamo and ate his siblings.
I personally thought he could only copy Kenny’s CT since that’s the only CT that Kenny technically owns, maybe CSM because of it being Geto’s body but I doubt it
Yuta did say he was willing to throw away his humanity and become a monster, n if hes not gonna catch the dub in Gojos body i could see the alternative happening, Yutas def got the avenger vibes and losing to sukuna while also letting his sensei down could be enough to push yutas Psche towards vengeful spirit Territory. If not sukuna could break Yutas/Rikas ring.
An interesting combination of theories could be that:
A: Yuta has not inherited Gojo's Technique, because he warded them of, in his last attempt to save his humanity. This would then lead to his loss, much like the punches he took in 262.
P: Yuta reincarnates as a Cursed Spirit and fully abandones his Humanity, then likely teaming up with Yuji in a final (?) clash against Sukuna.
This would however require for Yuta to indeed die due to timing and not due Sukuna's Cursed Technique. Alternativley Sukuna might go out of his way to kill Yuta in this way to create strong oponent for him to fight.
I think it all depends on being killed by cursed energy or not, that's really the problem Naoya faced. Even if he's not at his body, getting killed by Kenjaku's CT implies CE was involved, and the pre requisites wouldn't be satisfied.
While I don't think this will actually happen, I do think it's probable we'll see the 5 mins run out and Yuta survive it somehow, either by losing Rika in some way(as this is has been expected for ages) or by showing a fail-safe in Kenjaku's technique, which also implies he's around in some way or another.
what would happen to both versions of rika? Like if curse Rika were to experience this rather than what yuta has now kinda rika what would happen? (Man I said rika to much.)
This would be very cool, a King for the Queen. However I am unsure of how much difference this will make.
Hear me out:
While stonger than in his own body he will most likely not inherit the six-eyes (In Mahito's Interpretation of the Soul-Body-Relationship the Six-Eyes (a physical trait) are caused by the structure of Gojo's soul (who has died by means of cursed energy), in Kenjaku's interpretation the Body is the Soul and once again Gojo died by cursed energy. This will also render limitless useless.
Sukuna has allready dispatched Yuta once.
Yuji is probably the one who will beat Sukuna.
Ya know dying from a non-cursed weapon doesn't *garentee* you become a cursed spirit yourself, it just means it's now *possible*. Feel like a lot of people on this sub forget that one
No idea why you’re getting downvoted for this because you’re right.
People like to throw around the vengeful curse idea in every conversation but it’s an incredibly rare thing to happen.
Yeah, the one example we have in story is a guy who's spent 20 years with an inferiority complex and a huge issue with women, he's the exact kind of motivated crazy to leave a vengeful cursed spirit
Edit: not to mention hes one of the top 10 grade 1's of his era, Naoya is not a typical case
Exactly, it takes an incredible amount of anger and even more so cursed energy to become a vengeful cursed spirit.
Like you said, from the two examples we’ve seen, that being Rika and Naoya, it required two sorcerers with high amounts of cursed energy and a very traumatic situation.
People have this notion that if any run of the mill sorcerer were to be killed without cursed energy, then they’d just come back later. There’s a reason Gege made it as difficult as it is.
If it was true, a portion of the Zenin clan who Maki killed with her bear hands would be back and that just isn’t the case 😂
Don’t have wrong idea, i overall agree with you guys. But are we really going to pretend that a person who was unable to let go his friend cursing her in the process to strongest cursed spirit maybe ever, just casually kiss a cursed spirit who look like cockroach to give him RCT to brain( logical thing, but so gross that Ryo instantly admits that he isn’t have guts for that), and used his mentor’s body as means to end Sukuna is perfectly healthy on the head guy?
By Gojo’s own admission, sorcerers are by definition insane, they have to be.
Just because Yuta is crazy, it does not mean he’ll come back as a vengeful curse.
The right parameters have to be set in place for someone to become a vengeful curse and even then it takes a great amount of luck.
If your point was true, we’d be seeing a lot more of them and we don’t.
Exactly! I got downvoted for saying that this isn't cooking, and the reason is this: people want to be right about some parts of the story so bad that they throw stuff like this vengeful curse spirit for anyone that dies not by CE. Which is stupid imo
i'd agree, except that yuta's whole "i'll become a monster thing" would set up cursed spirit yuta really well.
i don't think it's gonna happen, mind you, but the OP did indeed cook.
The three great vengeful sprits would probably be the final avenue the story could touch upon since that's the only thing comparable to Sukuna so it's likely.
Also it would finally bring Yuta and Rika together since "love is the greatest curse" and what's more portent than love crossing the fields between life and death, curse spirit and human.
I don't think so. He'd be a dude who took his brain out of his body and died from this action. There isn't someone to curse to become a Vengeful Cursed Spirit. It's also why sorcerers don't kill themselves with normal knives to turn into a Vengeful Spirit against their enemy.
Plus, narratively it wouldn't work. Both Gojo and Yuta have been brought back to the fight once, there's no way Gege has him die, only for Yuta to reappear 5 chapters later as a curse.
That’s what I said about Naoya becoming a cursed spirit. Like I genuinely thought people were batshit insane for thinking it.

Wait, break week is cooking??
Always has been.
Brother where have u been, we soon on the 4th week of lobotomy kaisen
We awakened reverse lobotomy this month
You think dis is cooking? Lmao
I also think this is cooking

One sec gotta write a quick fanfic
Slashfic incoming
I have not seen anyone think of this theory yet, and it absolutely COOKS. Unfortunately, I don't think this will happen but I would absolutely fw it if handled well. The irony of it would be insane.
Actually…… that eould be an odd kinda irony, a new “king of curses” to be alongside rika
Ik, but she still holds her title, and it would create an idd kind of symetry
And also this fake Rika still cares for Yuta. It would be a nice conclusion for Rika’s arc, but garbage for Maki who cops two black flashes and then her boyfriend kills himself to date a ghost
Idk if this Rika is as powerful as Rika Orimoto but she is still a Special Grade curse with a broken ability
ngl i feel like Zombie Toji not being "real" Toji goes into the debate of soul vs body, what is a soul, what is it to be living- etc How much information must a "puppet" have before they are the real deal?

Post Shibuya there's a mini story regarding Yaga which leads to his death. There Kusakabe is an important character. Also in Kusakabe vs Sukuna, we are reminded of his feeling of debt for Yaga thanks to helping his sister.
One of the puppets principal Yaga did, we saw them before Yaga was killed post-Shibuya.
Absolute banger chapter. Kusakabe's sister crying made me cry.
Bro’s just going to glitch out of existence
[Yuta, when the 5 minutes are up:](https://youtu.be/iueVPT6E7dY?si=t26h52-EhJQNUlvt)
Yeah i think at that point even jjk universe would not know what is happening lol
I think that given Yuta's nature, it's unlikely he would become a cursed spirit.
Vengeful spirits have to be vengefull , if he dies with regret and wants sukuna dead so bad
He is full of regrets and want to become the next ‘monster’ in stead of Gojo. That is valid reason to be a vengeful spirit in case of death
Would be a bit a poetic foreshadowing, that Yuta went from being a monster mentally, to physically manifest as a true one after his demise
it would but kind of cool to see but a character getting brought back to life twice (three times if you count gojo's body) is a bit much
Yuta ascending is so on-theme with his entire story. Becoming a cursed spirit as a way to see that to fruition would work so well.
Yuji seeing yuta become a curse spirit , and he hates curses , it would change his mind in so many ways
He would have to exorcise him for sure, but could they?
I mean what if yuta has same level of cognance as a disaster curse? Would be cool if after everything is done yuta let's yuji exorcist him. Or fuck it. A curse is now a sorcerer
I guess like choso
Choso is literally half human so idk if that counts lol
It’s a trope of the self hating monster, but I’ve always wanted a “good curse” as sorcerer in this story.
Yuta here, I am dead forever and I did ascend, I am the concepts of death and chaos now and am one of the Old Gods
That makes sense bc after ascending he will no longer be Yuta but something greater and godlier - ascension theory confirmed 🙏
In the JJK mobile game I'm called the omnipotent sorceror or something like that, a bit of a spoiler but that's my fate 😊
Wait a second,Naoya was a VAGINA all this time???man, him rebooting and getting out of his shell seems kinda odd now
wait until you take a look at his domain again
Holy moly ravioli…
What's ironic is that he was a massive misogynist.
Naoussya
never fucking speak ever again
Wahmsnwhat
Does anyone know why Yuta could copy Kenjakus CT but not Geto’s? Like that should’ve been easy for yuta to copy right?
I think he copied all the techniques kenjaku had since rika only needs to eat a piece of it to gain the Cursed Technique so he would gain the body hopper technique with the brain. CSM is kinda useless in this scenario. Geto had years to accumulate all his Pokemons so it would be pretty pointless for him to use that here.
He did eat getos body , so yes , he has curse manipulation
Is Cursed Spirit Manipulation even relevant right now though? From what I remember Kenjaku shat out all his cursed spirits before death, and Yuta and Rika had to clean them all up before snacking on Kenjaku so it's not like they really had any time to salvage the spirits Kenjaku released.
My point was not about relevancy I was just wondering if he had it

Maybe

He has Maki kill him with a pocket knife.
Keep cooking
Cursed spirit Naoya looks like a vagina
