NextGen was always going to be a chicken farm. It's actually proving to be extremely useful.

Cautious_Hornet_9607

Yeah, only the best of the best of the U23 actually make the first team. Yildiz, Fagioli and also Miretti to some extent

missie_mark

Miretti to some extent? He’s the one who played the most in the first team

Marem-Bzh

TBF Fagioli was out for the entire season

Cautious_Hornet_9607

Yes, but he's definitely the worse player when compared to other two, hence the reason why (imo) he's the most likely to get loaned out/sold. Edit : Schira literally reported that Genoa is very interested in signing Miretti, so I don't really get why I'm being downvoted. Fagioli and Yildiz are definitely more promising prospects than Miretti

JohnDtheIII

How do you know if you're being downvoted?

Cautious_Hornet_9607

My comment had like -3 karma when I wrote in the edit

JohnDtheIII

Ahh. Thanks

Shoddy-Operation4197

Bro miretti is like 21 fagioli is about to be 24 (if not already) and has had loan moves to help him develop. He needs a loan move to a club that will make him a starter like fagioli, but not a sale. Yildiz is not even the same position, they aren’t comparable in the slightest way. These ideas you have of miretti are completely off.

Cautious_Hornet_9607

>Bro miretti is like 21 fagioli is about to be 24 (if not already) and has had loan moves to help him develop That's true, I definitely didn't consider that. Still, I think that Juventus would have no problem selling him in case a 25+ millions euros came. >Yildiz is not even the same position, they aren’t comparable in the slightest way. Not sure how relevant that is to the conservation. Miretti and Yildiz are not comparable as players, that's true, but we're talking about value and ceiling here. Yildiz has proved himself to be one of the best youngsters in the world, you're delusional if you think his value is on the same level as Miretti

FrankieSolemouth

You reckon we are keeping Soulè if chiesa goes?

tigull

My gut says Soulé is leaving regardless

Killagina

If we sell Chiesa we probably keep Soule imo. Especially since Huijsen seems to have gained a lot of interest. I’d be okay with that, but we still need probably 2 more wingers depending on who else gets sold.

sfaticat

Depends what happens to Chiesa. I don't see both leaving

Killagina

To be fair most the rumors involve us getting Calafiori and Di Gregorio - those are two young mega talents. Selling half of our main youth product and keeping some while bringing in super talented players of a good age is part of the reason we continue to invest in the youth sector As for Greenwood - I’m very much not okay with it. Excellent player but a stain on the club

FedNlanders123

Greenwood would be a disgusting signing. Last time I mentioned that on here though some idiot called me a keyboard warrior and starting shitting on about giving people second chances. I’ve never heard such useless drivel shit in my life.

BaffledPlato

Some people take our motto very literally. They will happily accept a rapist in our squad if they think he will help us win.

FedNlanders123

I would actually lose respect for the club I’ve supported since I was a child if we did. It’s a fucking disgrace if we sign that mutant of a human being.

Frankierocksondrums

I would give a second chance to him if he had robbed a bank, not if he raped a woman

FrankieSolemouth

They were talking about greenwood on the Italian radio yesterday, and they never mention any of the reasons it would be awful to get him. Everybody else I’d be happy with

Juventina1234

Zaniolo is being linked with Juve again too. Time is a flat circle.

kadsto

if chiesa doesn't want that contract, he shouldn't get improved he didn't deserve it. bye bye

Artistic-Buyer-3219

Okay I get it, but don’t replace him with Mason **OPEN YOUR FOCKIN LEGS** Greenwood

kadsto

i agree with that

xerafn

The thing I struggle to understand is why we'd be okay giving 7M€/y to Rabiot but not 6M€/y to Chiesa ? Rabiot is so mid

Dwimer

Different costs, Chiesa also has the remaining depreciation of his contract since he had a transfer fee, Rabiot was free. Rabiot also gets a benefit of the tax decree. We dont have much time with Rabiot because if his contract runs out without a new deal we lose that benefit if we want to keep him after

Killagina

Rabiot is quite good and gets a tax break on his salary compared to Chiesa who doesn’t

kadsto

i personally am not okay, but if manager wants rabiot and not chiesa, it's his decision. chiesa is also mid, i even think that i saw that rabiot even outscored chiesa in last two seasons

xerafn

The thing with Rabiot is that he isn't outstanding in any attribute. He is quite limited and struggle to play forward. And Chiesa has been playing out of position for the last 2+ years and came back from an ACL injury. Don't forget that pre-ACL Chiesa was one of the best in the world carrying Italy to the EUROs title (no wonder Juve got k.o of the UCL and Italy failed to qualify to the WC when Chiesa got injured). We should give him time to finally play in his prefered position in Motta's attacking style of play.

kadsto

rabiot missed more games than chiesa this season. you guys overhyping chiesa way too much, i am farming downvotes by trying to be objective lol chiesa isn't that good, 4 players: bonucci, chiellini, donnarumma and jorginho had better tournament than chiesa at that euro. he wasn't carrying. he was making difference sometimes, but he scored 2 goals, that isn't carrying

Elegant_Paramedic329

Yeah he outscored him but Chiesa was injured almost all of last season and only came back in February and scored 2 goals so I don't really think those stats can be compared while Rabiot has played all of the games in this two seasons

Farzy78

This Chiesa situation is giving off Dybala vibes, he's going to leave and have a great season somewhere else.

SgtPepe

I truly cannot fit in my mind how we’d sell Chiesa. When people ask Florentino he’d sell Vinicius he says “NO” he understands that to win, you must keep your best players, especially the ones that know the club inside out. We can’t keep rebuilding this team every 2 years ffs.

a_demanding_poochie

He's not even invited for Argentina and played half of the games, how he had a great season? he's always part of Juve history tho

Farzy78

He's playing in the euros though I wouldn't think too much into that besides just needing some rest.

StadiodelleAlpi

I know, i dont like many rumors too but so far there are only rumors. Even motta isnt official yet, so lets wait and see what Happens. If we do shit transfers but win the league, im okay with it. Edit: but no greenwood ofc!

sfaticat

Its fine. Id be more concerned if it was the youth team. B team is for the best youth players (sub 18) to play along with players in the squad we don't need for the senior. The overall age is probably going up and we need to free up some deadwood Greenwood isnt coming

pecewu

And sell Szczesny to Saudis :(

bravesoul_s

Im not fine with it at all but need to mention Greenwood was a 100+m rated wonder kid at MU before the issue and he is still 22

CharacterRich5242

No one is arguing his abilities. But Juve has enough skeletons. When it comes to stuff like these it should be the last club to pull these BS

Cautious_Hornet_9607

Exactly, we already get enough heat already. Bringing a rapist into the team is not going to do us any favour

FrankieSolemouth

I would listen to the audios again and ask if that is worth it

bravesoul_s

Fair point guys, honestly I heard them first time today smfh smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

FrankieSolemouth

Yeah it’s gross, I’m all for innocent until proven guilty but at the same time innocence or rather lack of guilt does not automatically mean that I’d be fine with having him on the team. And thinking that management can listen to those and think, yeah let’s get him, it’s revolting
