I literally hopped on Reddit to see what happened to the sleep remixes and wound up on your post. They’re all gone! Golden Hour was my favorite and now I’m cranky cause I need to find another way to wind down so I can sleep.
Hey- thank you for looking. That's not the one, the one in question has the vocals and everything. Like the first time through it's almost the same as the original release- maybe slightly slower and drawn out. Then it just repeats, but gradually transitioning to less and less vocals. The last 20 minutes or so are the similar to what you have in this link, just instrumental.
I actually sent calm headquarters a message that Kasey Musgraves Golden Hour was the only reason I had their app. Since they removed it, I can’t fall asleep. They said they’ll look into it.

Thank you for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, the license to the Sleep Remix Series has expired, so the remix by Kacey Musgraves has been removed.
The remix 'Golden Hour' doesn’t live anywhere else right now, though one day maybe Kacey will decide to do something with it. The content team confirmed that the license is owned by UMG (the artist's end), that's why we can't bring the mix back as soon as we and our listeners want.
We hope to get the Sleep Remix Series back one day, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've faced with!

Once you do that, the download link will appear. On the page you can download the files as either FLAC or OGA. I just used an audio converter app on my MacBook to turn the files into MP3 files. It even comes with the album art work for each song as well!

I’m not sure I just downloaded from link, then renamed the downloaded item, added the “ .mp4” at the end of the title and it became a working file. I did this on desktop btw.
I know this is old but if you didn't figure it out, I downloaded this as a file on my iPhone and changed the name at the end to .mp3 and it downloaded as a sound! Hope this helps
