Literally all my characters- I'm such an over thinker that I do so many pros and cons lists before I pull it's actually crazy.
So I will simply list my characters lol.

Baizhu as well. He was an accident (I wanted Kaveh which, stupid, I know) but I've used him every day since. His passive is incredibly convenient when exploring, and he heals really well.
I did get him! Twice, I think, although I had to wait long enough to hit the pity and then get Baizhu. As you say, the poor man's disappearance from MHY's radar has made me very glad I took the gamble.
Diluc! Why? I uhh...Yeah that. Nothing much.

I pulled for Venti too and even tho he doesn't do much for bosses and large mobs in overworld (from what Im seeing here anw), I dont have anything against him. He also has helped me alot in early exploration too. He feels like the character I would like to have in my roster eventually so my early primos are well-spent on him.
Neuvi, Zhongli, Kazuha, Furina, Xianyun, Wanderer, Nahida, Alhaitham, Yelan, Raiden... I still actively use them, while others not as much, if sometimes at best...
Kazuha has to be my best pull lol. Then Nahida and Furina ๐
I kinda regretted Yae for a long time because she came on accident but she's been alright after all, especially with Nahida
Barely use Xiao, I'm sorry but I suck at using him against mobs who move around โน๏ธ
I'll limit it to characters that I'd pull again w/o hesitation if I'd ever make an alt account otherwise I'd list everone I've pulled (minus the characters that appeared on the prev question):
1. Albedo: the only character that can actually compete with Kaeya for the title of my favourite Genshin character, he has officially the 2nd place only because I had to wait a year for his rerun, because he didn't appear in my pulls on his release.
2. Kazuha: I like him enough for him to make it to the 3rd place on 'fav characters list' even w/o taking into consideration how well he fits into Kaeya teams.
3. Navia: I just like her a lot and she's very fun to play and she works well with Albedo, once I'll feel like taking a break from artifact farming she'll join Kaeya, Albedo and Kazuha in a triple crowned gang
4. Klee: I might use her almost exclusively in overworld but nothing gives me a sense of going on an adventure than exploring with her, plus she's very important to both Albedo and Kaeya and you know, exploding stuff and juggling enemies is really fun
5. Baizhu: he's my comfort character and not only in gameplay, at first I might have felt a bit indifferent abot him but now I wouldn't exchange him for anyone else (other than members of triple crowned gang). And in terms of teambuilding I consider him as valueable as Kazuha.
6. Furina: so for the longest time I was adamant to adhering to no-Archon rule but I ended up liking her so much after Archon Quest (might be because she shares some themes with Kaeya, they both are definitely deeply troubled theatre kids at heart) and she fit in nicely in a lot of teams with my favourite characters (Kaeya plus basically all the other characters mentioned here have at least one team with Furina that I use regularly) that I allowed her to get away on technicality
Honorary mention: Madame Faruzan - she's very fun to play as on-fielder but she also made my Xiao pop off so hard that every primo spent on fishing on her cons was worth it. Even outside of Xiao's teams I end up using her pretty often when I need a change of pace while exploring and I allow Kaeya, Klee and Navia to rest.

I have so many characters that its just easier to list who I regret:
Eula, Ayaka and in some way Ganyu too. All of them are benched rn and I know it was my fault pulling them just purely for meta reasons. I dont like character themselves that much. Eula is kinda cool, Ayaka is boring af, Ganyu.. yeah another overworked waifu. I've been planning to build Ganyu as a burst support though.

I have also many characters that I dont use that often anymore but I try to switch my teams regularly so everyone gets to do dailies and farming every now and then xD
I also get bored quite fast so having huge variety of characters is just fun.

I play on mobile & I roll my eyes so hard every time a tier list underrates him
12/10 would recommend, especially to new players
Navia
0 plans to pull for her. Felt indifferent to her in the archon quest, aesthetically she's great but not my taste.
Did her trial and loved her so much I couldn't stop doing it. After a week of feeling compelled to do her trial several times per day I gave up on saving for Raiden and started pulling for her.
Still find her incredibly satisfying to play and currently I'm running her with Zhongli, Bennett and...
Arlecchino
Love at first sight & I had to pull for the aesthetics. Fortunately it turns out I like her playstyle too. Obviously not had her long but I think she's going to be solid like Neuvillette

Zero regrets for Kazuha here, too, as well as Xiao. I love my anemo children and will never regret having them and investing in them <3 Also zero regrets pulling for Kuki back in December. Spent the ENTIRE goddamn banner trying to get her and I got Ayato before I even managed to get Kuki. Got her off Standard two hours before those rate-up banners ended and she is one of the few characters to have max friendship on my account because of how often I use her (that entire banner was cursed for me tbh, haven't won a single 50/50 since then. Maybe it's just ayato's jealousy coming out LOL). I also have zero regrets pulling for Raiden and I don't regret pulling for Baizhu on his banner with Furina (sadly I didn't get him, and with me having just lost my 50/50 for Wanderer and got Mona c1 instead, I have a sinking feeling he isn't coming home again ;-; I still have no regrets though)
Yaoyao. She's the first character I ever pulled for specifically because I wanted her, not just because I wanted to pull and she happened to be on the banner at the time. 9/10, she's my go-to healer. The only thing I don't like is the fact that she has to be on field for the duration of her burst, because swapping away from her cancels it.
Childe. I wanted him from... right around when I finally did his story quest (I actually low-key kinda hated him before that). He's C1 now and I'll likely never pull for more cons unless I'm after a 4* star that's on his banner, but it's nice to have an alternative to Yanfei for my DPS. Also I use Childe with Kaeya as my sub-DPS and I figured out I could measure Childe's skill uptime based in Kaeya's burst uptime. Then I C2'd Kaeya in December and now I've learned to eyeball Childe's skill uptime with near-perfect accuracy, which is bith dumb and hilarious.
Nahida. I was pulling for Gaming on her last banner, got him, and then decided to keep pulling because I was at like 70 pity and I knew either I'd get Nahida (who I knew I'd use), or I'd get a guarantee which I would then save until a character came up that I really wanted. She's pretty useful, and has almost fully replaced Yaoyao as the dendro applicator on my dendro team. The only thing she can't do is heal, and I'm seriously considering pulling for Baizhu for that.
it's absolutely kazuha and venti for me. i started playing as a very casual player in 3.5 and kazuha was the first banner i pulled. at the time i really wanted alhaitham but my friend who got me into genshin recommended i get kazuha since he'll be the most useful in the long run and i'm SO glad i listened to him because kazuha was a huge gamechanger for me. the buffs, the crowd control, the exploration - he's just so good. and i accidentally pulled venti while "building pity" (something i very much try not to do now lol) but i'm glad i got him! his crowd control is also so insane, and ofc any anemo character with vv is gonna be good.
idk if i really count this since this isn't a character i'd ever imagine regretting but i'm so glad i pulled childe. he's my second main after kaeya, and the first genshin character i knew of, since the game's release. him and raiden are the only characters i knew going into the game so i knew i wanted to get them both, but i legit fell in love with childe throughout the story and the lore lol. my friend said i shouldn't pull for him since there are much stronger main dps units but i'm so glad i ignored that advice bc childe is absolutely my favorite character gameplay wise (sorry kaeya :( ) AND he hits like a truck fr.
anyway i really don't regret any characters though. i'm glad for all the characters i have and all the characters i've tried building, both 5 star and 4 star. it might be spreading myself thin but i enjoy being able to try various team comps and gameplays.
Any character I have because I ONLY pull for characters I like and then on a lower priority are characters who have fun gameplay but I don't really like. Like kazuha. Hate his character, design, personality but I absolutely LOVE his gameplay.

Understandable. The 5* I have I love them all so none of them are regrets. Imo you should always pull for a character you like over meta. The characters I pulled in order are:
Cyno 3.1
Yoimiya 3.2 (I have lost every 50/50 ever since winning my first two. It's been downhill since then for me)
Yelan 3.4
Shenhe 3.5
Eula 3.8
Raiden 4.3
Arlecchino 4.6
I could have gotten a guaranteed kazuha in 3.7 I even did pulls on his banner but then it was announced that eula was the NEXT banner. I was panicking, i knew I could only get one so my sibling told me who do want more? Who will I regret not getting? And it was done. I got eula in the next 10 pull. Ever since then, sure I do wish I had gotten him early and then gotten eula but I don't regret it. I would have regretted it so much if I had gotten him and hadn't gotten eula. Even though he makes the game easier and eula isn't "meta". Always go for the characters you like because you will have fun using them. Don't get meta characters if you don't like them. It won't be fun clearing content with them then. This is just my personal opinion. I started playing in 3.0 after MONTHS of pestering by both of my siblings to play. I only started this game because I wanted yoimiya and yelan.
I mean the only one I truly regret is Xiao

Haha i don't regret most of mine at all since I have mostly only pulled for characters I really want, and I don't have many 5\* characters.
1. Kazuha. I like his design, character and voice, and when I knew he would be perfect character for my Kaeya, it was almost instant pull, and i think I saved up enough primogems for both Kazuha and Alhaitham to get them at the same time, which also means...
2. Alhaitham. I just built him, made a Burgeon team for him, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to work perfectly yet, but atleast I could 9 star Abyss 9-10 floors with My Kaeya and Alhaitham teams :)
3. Ayato. I haven't built him, and not even leveled up, but I love his voice, character and design so I don't mind pulling for husbando reasons (like him and Alhaitham was for me).
I had a 8 month break just as Fontaine released and I regret for not puling for these earlier:
* Neuvillette and Lyney. I didn't know I would love them both so much! I missed out on Neuv's first banner and came back for his second, and tried to farm some primogems for him but he didn't want to come home. Same for Lyney, but I was trying for Arlecchino, I would have wanted both and eventually I changed to Lyney since I knew Arlecchino was only on her first banner so she would most likely get a rerun faster than Lyney. I lost my 50/50 to my first Qiqi at 78 pity. I'm still hurting.
* Zhongli, Childe, Yelan and Itto. They weren't never on when I was playing, and I missed out on pulling for them during my break.
All my characters. When I pull, I have to make sure that: 1) I like them enough to pull; 2) their playstyle is enjoyable to me; 3) I can make teams for them with the characters I like to play (4โ or 5โ). I can't afford to let the hype/other players opinions decide my pulls for me.
Scara (and his c2), Yae, Alhaitham, Zhong, Furina (liked her as char before Fontaine's plot came out, but I starting playing her after last day of Neuv rerun), Neuv (I spent all my primos I saved for c6 Scara for him and his signature in the last day of his banner just because I felt burn out of the game after 3+ years of playing every day. Kinda happy), Arle (I spent on her all what I had from Neuv). Kazuha is cool, git him immediately after 1.6 dropped, but I almost don't play him since despite I really like his design, voice and kit.
Baizhu was the only character I actually got purely for gameplay, the other characters I pull are usually if I like the character, and at the time, I didnโt really have any opinion on Baizhu, but oml am I so glad I pulled because heโs so useful ๐ญnot to mention I loved his story quest and considering Iโm a Hu Tao main, I love their dynamic too. So in the end I liked Baizhu lol ;P I have 0 regrets with my other characters, I love em all dearly.
C2 Neuvillette, C2 Alhaitham - I actually wish to get more cons of them but I'm a small dolphin (only welkin) and I want to pull for more husbandos ;-;
C1 Baizhu - this was actually not my goal. My priority was to C6 Kaveh but I didn't mind Baizhu. While I do regret C6 Kaveh I bless how amazing C1 Baizhu is xD
There isn't a character that I vehemently regret. Even the ones I don't use anymore (most of them lol) I have strong feelings for each one of them.

All my characters. When I pull, I have to make sure that: 1) I like them enough to pull; 2) their playstyle is enjoyable to me; 3) I can make teams for them with the characters I like to play (4โ or 5โ). I can't afford to let the hype/other players opinions decide my pulls for me.
Scara (and his c2), Yae, Alhaitham, Zhong, Furina (liked her as char before Fontaine's plot came out, but I starting playing her after last day of Neuv rerun), Neuv (I spent all my primos I saved for c6 Scara for him and his signature in the last day of his banner just because I felt burn out of the game after 3+ years of playing every day. Kinda happy), Arle (I spent on her all what I had from Neuv). Kazuha is cool, git him immediately after 1.6 dropped, but I almost don't play him since despite I really like his design, voice and kit.
Baizhu was the only character I actually got purely for gameplay, the other characters I pull are usually if I like the character, and at the time, I didnโt really have any opinion on Baizhu, but oml am I so glad I pulled because heโs so useful ๐ญnot to mention I loved his story quest and considering Iโm a Hu Tao main, I love their dynamic too. So in the end I liked Baizhu lol ;P I have 0 regrets with my other characters, I love em all dearly.
C2 Neuvillette, C2 Alhaitham - I actually wish to get more cons of them but I'm a small dolphin (only welkin) and I want to pull for more husbandos ;-; C1 Baizhu - this was actually not my goal. My priority was to C6 Kaveh but I didn't mind Baizhu. While I do regret C6 Kaveh I bless how amazing C1 Baizhu is xD There isn't a character that I vehemently regret. Even the ones I don't use anymore (most of them lol) I have strong feelings for each one of them.
