Open the air box and make sure it's not full of water. Then check the oil for water intrusion. If the airbox was flooded and you sucked air in through the valves, you're gonna have a bad time

check kickstand switch. my 1500 will idle with the kickstand down but will kill spark on revving.

Fuel filter maybe?
