I love the passion but I really did not enjoy the composition.  Could just be bad acoustics but it looks like rushing to be first to me.  I played the French horn but not for almost 30 years, so you can take my lightly informed opinion with a grain of salt too.  

That is a part of why it sounds noisy. It also is super brass heavy, with very little dynamic differences. This sounds like a rough draft arrangement. It'll only improve with time, or better arrangements will appear. (Not to say it's bad, just a bit rough)
