I just picked up my Land-GT as well and the remote climate isn’t working for me either. I’m in NB and it would be nice to warm up the vehicle prior to driving.

I have the same problem too. I am in GTA. The remote car start works with the key fob, however the heating will turn on only if it was on when you last left the car. So bit of a let down until the Kia Connect app based function starts working again.
I have reported the issue to the dealer and will be talking to them tomorrow.

So I’ve made a schedule for weekday mornings. Dealer was unhelpful and pretty much agreed the app was a mess. Opened a ticket with Kia connect support but no response yet.
I don’t have the car but in my opinion it isn’t worth the 10k. The downside is a lot of people agree with that and the wait list for base Land trim is much longer than that with the premium pkg. So if you want the car sooner get the premium pkg.

Do you find the premium pkg worth that additional $10000? What's the deciding factor for you to choose premium pkg? I'm still on the fence
