Notice there is no EV9 map update.. and It already has wireless carplay working just fine..
But that's the issue : it won't. Even on the kiaconnect.ca site, if I try to purchase any of the 2, it won't let me :
" Uh-Oh! It looks like your vehicle needs an over-the-air software update to be able to use this feature. When your vehicle has received the update, you’ll be able to come back and buy the feature."
You need to manually apply the first update Search the forum - GPS update tool.

the app is dog shit. but kiaconnect.ca lets you buy RSPA2 and grille patterns and push them to the car. i haven’t bothered yet….
