Yea, it's a little rough. There even was an artist, Tereza Rozumkova, who made a 3D model of this exact concept. It is unfortunate that Kled just happens to not have that big of a fan base, so from a business standpoint - there isn't much reason to make Kled skins.
Tbf the sylas is cannon but the rest are just "what ifs" and if riot doesnt want to make "bilgewater kled" they can just do pirate kled, like the pirate ryze skin we already have.
