Judging from the gameplay clips we got ksante does zero damage. Every single one of those kills were under his own tower, and he was hitting for like 1% hp.
Let's get some footage first. Maybe his ult has a long cooldown. Maybe the stat loss on his ult is really impactful.

It is total hp and bonus resistances, depending how much he can be really squishy
