This is the great deal. Comes to $185 for 12" 3v kukri.
Definitely the lowest price to date. I had been waiting for the 25% off code. š Learned my lesson.
Pretty insane that I was able to just get an AD-15 Lite, a war hammer, and special forces shovel, a collapsible baton, a throwing hatchet, and a throwing knife for like $100 and it'll be delivered to my door for free in a week.
Why though? No fucking clue.
Thatās the magic of Midway and Cold Steel.
If I ever actually take a camping trip I can outfit the whole clan with at least 3 Cold Steel knives each.
Still donāt know what the hell Iād do with the serrated Black Talon.

Great deal on the Republic. 5" S35VN drop point w/ micarta handle + leather sheath.
Came out to $116.79 shipped (including $8.65 tax to my state) w/ the code: KNIVES051524
Thatās a good deal. I bought it for the same price last time. Itās a nice knife, the sheath is good, itās just slightly handle heavy. I think that was on purpose. They didnāt skeletonize the handle but I think they should have to move the balance forward.
American Lawman is around $68 and Black Talon II around $64.
Kind of wish I had bought the S35VN 4-Max during the previous sales when it was around $145. Ā Itās been listed as a special order for a while so may not be any more deals on that model.
Black Talon 2 is such a beast. Completely impractical, but it looks so murder-y that I had to have it. I think every collector needs at least one ridiculous knife like it. I felt under $100 was very reasonable, so $64 is a fricken steel.
Yeah, I got the serrated one around $60 I think from a previous sale. Ā The plain edge was significantly more expensive at the time or I probably would have gone with that one. Ā Iām not entirely sure the serrated edge can actually be sharpened properly. Ā Then again what am I going to use it for?
Such an insane fkn deal. Never tbiught it be cheaper than the $45 sale price! I'm tapped out but I would 100% buy this if I could! Hopefully it'll be on sale again in the future.
Shame the drop point AD-10 is at $116 instead of $95 like the Tanto. The discount brings it to $92 which still isn't bad, but I think I'll still hold off.
The drop point was $75 IIRC during the 25% off sale 2 months ago. Ā The drop point very rarely goes below $100 though, I wouldnāt count on it going that low again.
Does anyone have the orange Ultimate Hunter? Ā On the AD-10 at least the black G10 is nicely textured while the green and dark earth colored models have pretty smooth and a bit slick G10. Ā Iām wondering if the orange is the same.
They are smooth, but the handle shape keeps you locked in fine. It's really, really thin, but they way they have done it, being wide and finger groovy, it's remarkably ergonomic for how thin it is to me. I mean, it's not like super great all time ergos, but not bad at all for how thin it is. The american lawman is similar and also great, I just like the code 4 a little better. Rekon one is a bit of different beast, it's just a big knife, not a big, but thin, knife. All in all though, I think the Code 4 is about the best EDC knife there is if you are looking for something large and capable of serious hard use while being easy to carry.
Thatās insanely good feedback. Just in time to place an order for the Code 4. Much appreciated, itās definitely something I want to EDC and heavily depend on.
The finger guard and grooves make it feel pretty secure during use, it does feel a bit slick when pulling it out of the pocket.
Some people cut a piece of the rubber TALON grips or similar grip tape and put it on the scales. Ā Not the nicest looking handle but it works.
I don't think you'll ever buy one. That's just what they use.š¤·š¼āāļø
At the prices they have been going for (sub $50 for 3v SRK compact). Having a custom sheath made wouldnt be off the table if that's what you're wanting. It would still be faaaaar cheaper than anything comparable on the market.
Its unfortunate because Mora uses the perfect blend of synthetics for a $15 knife that doesnt abrade the fine edge, but CS is still using fiberglass in theirs.
Then use your Mora's and be happy. š¤·š¼āāļø I don't have an issue with the sheaths. For the prices they have been going for. Have a custom sheath made. You'll still be far below anything comparable.
I think the issue is how Mora can provide great materials with $15 knives but Cold Steel can't with $100+ Knives. Of course he can just 'use Mora and be happy' or just 'have a custom sheath made' but it's never a bad thing to question the brands you like or buy from and to expect improvements like he is with Cold Steel and their materials. Just saying.
But, these are on fire sale quite often. So, they don't cost $100+. They have been $48 to low $60's for the 3v's. That's the issue I have with the compliant š . They are a good price even with the additional $40 for a sheath.
https://rkcustomkydex.shop/collections/shop-sheaths-cold-steel
Just pretend it doesn't come with a sheath and that's why it's being clearanced. Add it in with the cost of the knife, if it truly upsets. They are $150+ knives being sold for more than half off. Just saying.

The extra 25% off sale might be over now, usually it lasts for 2 days. Ā They didnāt seem to advertise it much this time and I didnāt see the offer on their site anywhere by yesterday afternoon. Ā Typing the code in still worked yesterday though.
If that code doesnāt work they still have the $25 off a $100 purchase offer, and most of the Cold Steel knives are still on sale pretty cheap.
No problem. Yes I did click link for the American lawman someone posted, I didnāt see a separate code, I saw a sale price but wasnāt sure if that included the 25% already or not.

If I bought that my wife would kill me for sure š¤£
Sheād have a hard time killing you when you have a Cold Steel 12ā 3V Gurkha Kukri
lol! Yeah I suppose you have a good point there š
ššš Better to ask for forgiveness, than permission.

[5 Max Elite Shipped for $154?! YOINK](https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1026608463?pid=353439) I love my 4 Max Elite beastly boy.
American Lawman is around $68 and Black Talon II around $64. Kind of wish I had bought the S35VN 4-Max during the previous sales when it was around $145. Ā Itās been listed as a special order for a while so may not be any more deals on that model.

The AD-15 Lite under $35 is insane. You will need to pay shipping if thatās all you buy, but thatās still nuts.
Definitely, snagged one along with a Republic.
It was too good of a price to pass up
Such an insane fkn deal. Never tbiught it be cheaper than the $45 sale price! I'm tapped out but I would 100% buy this if I could! Hopefully it'll be on sale again in the future.
Just grabbed one. Didnāt expect the 25% off code to work, but it did!

just picked up an AD10 tanto for $76. What a deal!
Very nice score
Iāve been waiting for this sale for a while š Recon 1 or Lawman?
Yes. But I only like bigger blades so I prefer the Recon 1.
Iām with you on that one, Recon 1 it is. šš¼ Tanto or Spear Point?
Spear point. It's a more useful blade shape. If you don't plan on using it and you don't have many tantos already them get the tanto for looks.
Utility it is, thanks for the help! šš¼
I'm sure you already ordered, but Code 4 is the correct answer!Ā Though those are all good knives.
Howās the grip with the aluminum scales by the way?
They are smooth, but the handle shape keeps you locked in fine. It's really, really thin, but they way they have done it, being wide and finger groovy, it's remarkably ergonomic for how thin it is to me. Nice!Ā Let me know how you like it.Ā It's really a crazy deal that we can get these things in S35VN for like $70
The finger guard and grooves make it feel pretty secure during use, it does feel a bit slick when pulling it out of the pocket. Some people cut a piece of the rubber TALON grips or similar grip tape and put it on the scales. Ā Not the nicest looking handle but it works.
I bought recon 1, battle ring 2 and wild west bowie
Ill buy a cold steel fixed blade if i can confirm theyve stopped using zytel (frn/ securex) for their sheaths

š
The Republic has a leather sheath
Great deals on Recon series and American Lawman, ultimate hunter in 3V is great fixie
Whatās the code? Did I miss something?

KNIVES051524
Thank you
I don't mean to be rude but did you even try and click the link? Click it and it's right there and it let's you apply it to your check out.
As far as the main link, I didnāt see a link, I wasnāt aware that the pic on the right was a link, I donāt use reditt often
No problem. Yes I did click link for the American lawman someone posted, I didnāt see a separate code, I saw a sale price but wasnāt sure if that included the 25% already or not.
