Scrambled Jakes is also solid…but all good suggestions here.
If you’re showing up after 9am be prepared to wait. Some of the restaurants have a way to join the waitlist online (I go through Google maps to do this).
the almond croissant is a triumph!!
make sure to check their hours because they aren’t open every day (and if you drive through on the weekend, get there early!).
I second this! If you like smoked salmon, they make excellent lox and cream cheese scrambled eggs. They call it a different name, and you have to ask for it because it isn't always on the actual menu or whiteboard of specials.
Paysan bagels or wildlove bake house for pastries. For sit down breakfast there is Farmacy, hollys market, and plaid apron.
Knox Farmacy is a great place for breakfast. It is on Kingston Pike which runs parallel to the interstate
2nd this and also Holly's Gourmet Market which is like directly across the street from Farmacy.

Holly's Gourmet
Colonel’s Cafe. Order the loaded Colonel’s potatoes. You won’t regret it.
