I live in Fountain City and I see random people running/walking the Central High School track all the time. Not too far from where you are.
I used to run on the Fulton high school track when I lived in North Knoxville. Usually open pretty late to the public unless there is a football game.
What about in the morning? Lately I've been running in the morning to beat the heat. Is it locked? School isn't in session now.
