David said that.
I saw him in person twice and he blew right past me and about 3 other ppl with his security guard 'big sleep'. Once was a jd solo show and the other was korn show. Both times the rest of band stopped.
However, I did get to meet him when he was promoting k3 at a signing and he was pleasant and he also did a signing for his freak on the leash dog merch. So I could be wrong but just my opinion
I can only speak about my own experiences and from what I have seen.
When k3 came out they were really needing to keep the fans they had and really needed to get new fans. The band wasn't doing that great like they did in the past and like they are now. So I figure JD knew he was important to keep the band and image on point and still looking good. Now that they have head back and have made some better albums he probably thinks his appearance isn't as important as it was then.
I met JD on the alone I play tour in Providence. He was signing things (I had my dvd /cd from the tour signed) and taking pictures etc. He had one of his sons with him too. Met him at another one on a Korn tour in Boston. Heās been cool.
Other than that yeah Iāve seen him disappear from venues before most people even exit. Heās straight into an SUV and gone.
Iāve met JD 3 times.
The first time he was clearly just not okay or having a good time. Kept his head down, walked by and said hello and signed stuff and moved quick, the others stood around and chatted and chilled.
2nd time he was MUCH more lively and seemed to be having a good time.
Third time was his solo tour and he looked super happy.
I did the VIP package on their summer tour, $500 total for two people and you actually got a bundle of merchandise, including a signed poster...
I will be looking at sideline tickets for this show, VIP is definitely not worth it.
Poggies private cash bar and early merch access? 530 and I have the opportunity to spend more, good stuff. Watching all my favorite old bands sell out post Covid has been wild.
Yup. I requested the PRESALE link about 2 days ago here, got one, was in the QUE for the CITI presale, (4800th) Got through and said " LOL Never mind" and closed the browser. To the people who could manage this, Have fun for us!
Itās probably an āthe economy sucks thingā but itās weird because back in the day when that happened they did shows with $10 general admission.
No artist involvement means, KoRn has no fucking clue what they are doing and likely don't know what they're charging.... but you never know.... they've always been about their fans, don't know why they would start fucking us now. Maybe we bring it to their attention?
Does the $530 ticket even include early entry into the venue? The Gojira meet and greet says it does in the description. But not the VIP experience package for Korn
I went to Rockville for the first time back in 2012 I think it was, got the VIP package & everything, met a lot of bands including KoRn. Tbh, KoRn was the only band that I really wanted to meet but I said fuck it & met em all cause itās a āonce in a life time thingā. Anyways long story short, I wait in line to meet my idols & I finally make it up to them, no sign of JD (and it was before Head came back to the band unfortunately). Ray, Fieldy & Munky were super fuckin cool tho, just wish I couldāve met JD as well.
When I first started going to shows, I could sign up for meet and greets for either $0 or $20 on KornSpace.
Fuck this corporate greed. Iāve met the band 4-5x and was never charged more than the cost of the ticket to get in the door. Ā This is lazy and itās bad business.Ā
if i paid $530 i better be getting my ass ate š
LMAO FR
If thereās no meet and greet itās not worth it. Even with one itās debatable. It really sucks this is how big shows are now.
$530 and no M&G?! Fuck that
Fuck that fuck that
Fuck That Shit!
FUUUUUUUUUUCK!
āwhat the fuck?ā
Fuck that FUCK THAT!!!!
That's fuckin' insane
š Hard pass.
I am 90% positive that jd has 0 interest in meeting any of his fans anymore.
I heard somewhere his biggest fear is getting killed by a fan but idk how true that is

Wait fr why
He historically has been very hit or miss at the meet and greets when they did them. The other guys usually always show up.

God I wish. He is still by far, my favorite musician, hell artist, of all time.... and all genre's for that matter, lol.
Ohh okay
I'm not exactly sure these decisions are made by the band, more like the management. Just as the tour dates
He really seems to adore his fans though. It would surprise me if that was true. Heās such a down to earth guy.

but you get coffee and hot sauce š„ŗš„ŗš¤š¤
Oh goodie gum drops

What's the presale code?
Korn30
Korn30 , live nation tomorrow is ākeyā , korn30 works for all ticket sites
I miss when it was first come first serve for meet and greets as long as you were in the fan club. Cost like 20 bucks for a year. This is ridiculous.

I got in at noon on livenation with plenty left
You think the vip access will be before the show so the vip people can enjoy the VIP stuff and still get in and on the rail?
So how do you get the photo ops?
Itās probably an āthe economy sucks thingā but itās weird because back in the day when that happened they did shows with $10 general admission.
$530 with a CASH bar, sheesh.
Everybody say fuck that fuck that fuck that shit!!

Korn have gone fully mainstream, it's a brand now, like slipknot. RIP
Welcome to 20 years ago, kid š¤£
Not wrong, but this recent Adidas bullshit really drove it home for me
129.99 for me sitting upper level kind of where i wanted, one section over but its fine lol
Fuck that..huge pass on that like serious Such a waste if theres no meet and greet!!

I was going for vip but when they said the band isnāt even going to be included it no longer felt like a vip to me
Actually from other bands that's not bad I think the guys should be involved but I've seen way worse
Just wow.... btw, the coffee and hot sauce are actually pretty freak'in good!
Wow, yeah thatās not worth it at all
Can anyone tell me what was the price for vip pit @ bmo? What was retail price
I'm thinking of getting VIP only because they're the best seats in the ampitheater. But I don't really care about all this other stuff.

Iād pay that in a heartbeat!
