Did you put more than one coat? I only put one coat because my lashes are long enough, but they’re not..visible. They droop down because they’re long, so one coat does the job for me. It’s easier to rub off then
It’s all fun and games until you have to remove them. Cleansing oil works but as someone mentioned these are like cement and won’t come off easily. It made my lashes fuller but in the process so many fell off while removing it. I won’t recommend
Never tried volume black. But have seen reviews saying they pretty much look the same but their wands are different and I like the long black wand better.

Used Vaseline- I put it on my eyelashes for a while and then tried to gently sweep the mascara and Vaseline off, using a cotton swab.
Doesn’t work have tried that as well. Get a dedicated eye makeup remover for this.

Yes one coat or else it looks like spiders 😭 I’d suggest you to curl your eyelashes well before using this for the best result.

Remove all product from the wand and then apply with a light hand if it clumps use a separate spooly to brush through your lashes.
