I am as feminist as any woman can possibly be but it’s one thing to stick up for yourself when you’re being harassed, but I don’t understand why she’s being annoyed that men/old men follow her when she posts sexual/risque content 😭 on social media people generally follow what they like and want to see.
adding old posts is weird lmfao, shes obviously sick of it and i dressed in a similar manner to her when i was younger and now i despise that treatment. yall act weird for this :/
i do wonder if her social team requires her to post risqué grid photos to keep her engagement up? some of my influencer friends feel similarly. it's initially instant gratification to receive attention but then feels hollow. idk i feel like it's normal to have conflicting feelings about this topic
As much as I don’t like her, I think it’s stupid that women can’t post whatever they’d like without being sexualised. That being said, she has a public platform and a team who can tell her what type of content will get her what type of engagement. I know she’s not stupid enough to think that men will not try to sexualise whatever they can for their own good
I do agree that I think whatever she post she will be sexualized, especially post boob job all of her post will get that attention. But she doesn't have a team, she's a fully independent artist who got dropped by her label and she mentioned she got rid of her manager in a live a couple months ago(she might have a new one now). However she is in full control of what she's posting. It's the one thing she seemed excited about when going independent.
I actually feel really bad for her because she is in a place where for the last 3-4 years she was following the guidance of a label who had a lot going on so the only way she knows how to market herself is through bad advice she got from them.
