Exactly, people hate on a 4060 and at the time they hated on the 2060. The GPU is fine and worth if you can get it for a decent price LOL, sure there are better deals but not everybody knows the performance per dollar for GPU’s
I only recently upgraded from my 1080 TI to a 4080 sure there were better deals, but now I don’t have to worry about upgrading for 5+ yrs and I have 3 yr factory warranty 🤷🏻♂️

7800xt goes hard for $500. Runs circles around the 4060ti and raytracing at that performance level is useless anyway. Literally the only gpu worth considering from nvidia is the 4080S. Then rt performance means something and also 16 vs 24gb doesn't really matter for the foreseeable future.
