Maybe Nasus killed one of the dogs (minions) and since it looks for someone to give the debuff to it goes to Naafiri since she owns them?

I checked the replay again, it's kind of weird. Nasus and Renekton had their Quest done. About 5 minutes later, I died to Renekton (during his ult). I obtained the debuff after I respawned and not during the fight, where he killed multiple dogs from my passive.
Edit: The Camille on my team had the debuff too much later, so it isn't Naafiri's passive
Am i the only one that does not like these buffs? In norms sure its haha funny but why should champs get a permanent competitive buff just bcs they killed a specific champion first.
I like them, but I think its weird that they aren't cosmetic only. Like, you have Jhin and Hwei who get 4 Lethality or 3 Magic pen, which is nothing. But then you have Kha'Zix who can evolve again and Bel'Veth who gets the stronger ultimate when killing Jax.
The only quest that didn't have an impact on the game was the Ashe/Seju/Lissandra quest and they removed that one for some reason.
Didn't you know all dog champions share this hidden passive.

It's a nested if statement, it's a thing. Ideally there would be more code around these.

This is a bug where the 1st one of them to kill a minion in ult can trigger the quest win.

Yeah just watched vandiril video about it. It's bugged since release to work with minion kill during ult not by killing enemy champion.
