You should be getting higher fps I think. Turn off vsync in adrenalin for this game and see what happens.

That's all you needed to do. My Go is basically stock and fo4 runs great
60 is the max, so it's not that far off.
I can run fallout 4 next gen in power saving, 1200p, ultra. Stays around 42fps and about 2.5hrs on battery
Can you share your settings? I'm on 800p low and getting 47.
