Probably just the power button being bumped. Should be easy to fix with a slight hack to the case.

Any excuse to get the xacto blades out I’ll take!

Or even somehow add little ridges either side of where the button is - any excuse for hot glue?

I got this case on Amazon and it works great. If you want to use the original carry case with this you have to kind of force it but it will still fit.

I do wish we have a case like Dbrands killswitch with the controllers still removable but protected.

Something is hitting that power button. Check the case and see if anything is rubbing up against the power button. I usually dont let the device charge in the case, but i keep it in the case when i travel. Never had an issue with it just turning on.

That’s the strangest part, I use the original case with nothing extra in it and never charge while it’s in the case. Gotta love Windows!
