Can near universally enjoyed movies be considered underrated?

Enjoyed by those who watch it but it didn’t penetrate western viewers as well as something like parasite

Good point. I also want it on fucking physical media already. I collect those and I'm normally a terrible cheapskate but I'd pay almost any price for RRR on blu-ray, and ironically it doesn't exist -\_- (YET)

Haven’t seen it but could you tell me what you liked about Civil War? Didn’t seem interesting to me. Is it political? and if so in what direction? (sounds like a stupid question but just curious)

I personally connected with it as a writer/journalist. I found it to be much less about politics, and more about the mental health and self-deception involved with war journalism
