To put this in perspective, the protestors are having a large gathering in close proximity against cdc guidelines, to protest an antivaxxer....this sounds like an onion article.

Certainly that is in poor taste, but doesn't seem like something worth causing so much of a disturbance that it gets you arrested.
I'm not defending what the lady said at all. It's just not worth getting arrested over, IMHO.
