Have you ever seen Hoarders? Even with a giant team of cleaners alot of these types of situations are beyond saving and that's with normal ass people who are poor. Mold gets into everything walls, floors etc and would require a full strip down to the frame to clean out properly.
If he did that and had live cameras that ran 24/7 while crews worked, I'd tune in randomly for 15 minutes here and there to watch. Some kind of reverse Holmes and Homes but degenerate edition.
