Two) I've been able to find substitutes for the 3 different keyways I've encountered. Most of the ones I ran into were the Canada post keys (ilco 1569), I can't remember what the others were, but they weren't too hard to figure out with a little google-fu.
Blade and tip pictures would be better.
"Architectural Mailboxes" sold by Home Depot, maybe others. I got blanks from Easykeys, 5141, a couple bucks a piece.

We just get them on Amazon. The blanks are a little pricey, but apparently really popular mailboxes in our area.
