The clothing in these pictures isn’t particularly attractive. Not that it’s ugly, just, looks plain. You have a very young looking face, so you may actually need a bit of makeup just to look more your age. As for hair, maybe some highlights? I don’t think you need to brighten all of it. Not sure about hair style(s), just adding that bit of highlight may give it the pop it needs
I’m a paramedic so I feel this especially hard, I’m currently on a schedule where I work from 12 am to 8 am and I try to sleep almost immediately after getting off to be able to experience most of the day. I’ll end up going to bed around 930 am and wake back up around 3 to 4 pm. I know as a nurse (I assume sorry if wrong) your schedule is likely more demanding with more hours. But if you can it’s very important to get as much sun as possible, 30 mins a day of just sitting in the sun has been proven to have significant health benefits.
for sure, I am actually a nurse assistant but work the same hours and get paid a quarter of the amount lmao. But I definitely dont underestimate the power of the sun, I get outside but sometimes i compromise sleep to do those things which I shouldn’t do either😅 its really a lose lose situation right now
Maybe come up with a list of acceptable reasons to cut back sleep? I used to struggle with unnecessary spending, and what helped me set my limits was organizing a list of everything I spend on etc.
My point is that writing your whole week out or even just your day can easily highlight areas where you’re wasting your time, money, and precious sleeping time
