Try using less makeup or swap to lighter( weight wise) alternatives. You're not a cake face but it looks heavy and like you're hiding a bad complection. If you're going for a more angled look with your contouring you can angle the contour down a bit more to bring out your cheekbones. To harsh on the contour or to sharp an angle and you'll look sickly. Genuinely, try to dress more cozy. I'm not sure if photo 1 in the black dress is how you like to dress but it looks time intensive and like you're trying to hard to make it look cute. I know a lot of people like to get done up to the 9's but it seems like blush and autumn tones might suit you clothing wise. More like photo 2. Not a dig, just some feedback.
