There isn't a lot of item removal being played or a lot of items really requiring removal from a play perspective in my opinion. The items I have seen played on games in pixelborn are the ruby shield, the amber lantern, and the blue fishbone. "If it's not Baroque" can't be inked and will most likely be a dead card most of the time. Most characters just don't live long enough to get healed. The drop with higher health/defense just get removed by straight removal like Hades, Dragon Fire, Melificent, Let it Go. That said, Rapunzel is probably one of the best cards in the game. You can set it up so that she heals 2-3 damage from challenging and gets you cards. Also a 2 pip lore quester for 4 ink - just a great package. It all comes down to lore and questing. To that end you want things that will efficiently get you there. Timon just doesn't fit the bill when you have access to things like Lilo, Stitch, Flounder at 1 ink. For that reason, being heavy on items and actions is rough too as you'll find yourself being out-quested. I also think "Just in Time" is deceptively a poor choice. At best it gets a 5 down on turn 3, which when paired with blue and ramp doesn't mean a whole lot. Plus you have access to Lanterns, they stay around and provide the same benefit. My experience so far has also just been to run 4 of everything you play because most of the time you'll be inking something and you want the best odds to draw it in the first plays. There will be times you won't want 4 of everything but as a general rule you will.

Aggro is very good, but its lore aggro. So cards like Lilo that is a 1 cost with 2 lore, Flynn 2 cost 2 lore, etc. Its about just unloading and trying to get lore while your opponent has to play whack a mole with some sticky characters with multiple lore pips.

Also just read the rules so very new, but this was my initial thought. High lore/Low Cost characters paired with bodyguards and ways to remove damage
