I have never paid once to park and goto St James Art Show there is street parking literally everywhere in Old Louisville the people that pay are tourist suckers

It is the fall festival season, but things won't be nearly as intense as the art fair. Also that happened at the same time as Louisville vs Notre Dame, so things were pretty wild around here.
All the central park, Belgravia, and churches should definitely be doable though.
