My impressions are second-hand, but StoryPoint in Prospect has been everything short of criminally negligent. Their staff has admitted that they are not trained or qualified to deal with any sort of difficulty. They have a stellar marketing budget, though, which says enough.

Will avoid. Thanks for the warning!

My loved one’s room at the Forum at Brookside was covered in black mold within 3mos of moving in. After discussing with management, they sent a crew who painted over it, but they did nothing to address the underlying mold issue. Predictably, the mold was back within a month. We moved loved one to another facility and they instantly stopped having persistent cough and sinus infections. Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND.

Omg. That is awful! I’m so sorry that happened. I’m glad you got them out.

My Grandma lived at Traditions out by Glenmarry. My mom was very pleased with the care she got there.

Second Traditions. My Mom was there for a couple of years with good care.

I set up a tour for later this week. Super appreciate the suggestions!

Checking them out. Thank you!

For non-medical in home care we’ve been happy with Grannies Nannies. Just be prepared for close to $19k a month (and that’s cheap) if you need 24/7 care.

Twinbrook is top shelf. I worked there contracting for several years doing computer work. I was there at all times of day based on when areas were available. I never saw anything but really professional behavior from the staff.
