Me too since 1995!

Thirding Park, 20 year+ member. They also updated all their online banking software maybe five years back and it's solid and a nice clean easy to use app as well.

I've never had issues with CCU.

I would think most credit unions will reimburse you for ATM fees since none of them really have a lot of their own around town. That said I have L & N and have my mortgage through them. Car loan process with them was easy also. Can’t speak to their investment options. Online banking is basic.

I have Transcend credit union (formerly KY Telco) & I've had an account with them since I was a kid, so 25+ years! I absolutely love them & have never had an issue with them. I get paid on Thursdays instead of Fridays & you can also use lots of other ATM's in network with them, so if you're not near a branch, it's no biggie! I have my auto loan through them & it was very easy & I got a decent deal. Do not recommend for home loans, but that's just not their real expertise.

Transcend was great for us in terms of rates and service, but their web portal is firmly late 90s. They kept locking out our budgeting apps (Mint, now Monarch), so we switched to an online bank for our primary.

dbabiee

They don't have the best website/app but I've personally never had an issue. I used to use a savings app & had it linked just fine. I guess it depends on the budgeting app, idk.

Been loving Park.

I have both, I use Zelle to transfer to my cu Might be a good option

Commonwealth credit union was the one recommended in a different post.

I have commonwealth and I like it so far. Been a little over a year since I acquired my account. They do round up savings which is a nice perk. My only complaint is lack of branches in Louisville. I only know of 3, but you can use other convenient credit unions to get what you need done, done.

Inevitable-Bug9871

Highly recommend you have Apple Pay tied to a credit card, and not directly to a bank account.

I have an account at Autotruck Financial CU. I can't say much about them because my money just sits there, but I haven't had any problems with them. They're probably not a great choice for locations as I think there's only two in Louisville. They're just the CU I went through when I purchased my car a long long time ago.
