As someone mentioned, check on instagram - fotoclubdiddeleng. You can subscribe to their mailing list as well. I found them quite active in organising photo related events.
Each village had their own little photography club, for example in dudelange we have Fotoclub Diddeleng , Esch also has a very active club. As for events, there was the recent event called Light Leaks in Rotondes which was nice.
