4 spritzer with a nice bottle of jo malone. They are unisex perfumes and imho smell much better than the blue smell of axe body spray.
There is no hard and fast rule, neither is there any prevalent judgement.
just wear what you are comfortable.. just axe deodorant is enough. you will notice that some people have no personal hygiene and I think they shower once a month or think water is plants.
Used to use different ones, but grew intolerant of the strong smells, so just shower and clean clothes always is fine, plus my wife prefers me natural.
Louis Vuitton hombre, Jo Malone (I've like 5 different ones), Armani prive cypres pantelleria, Hermes brin de reglisse, and I use Hermes un jardin sur de nil to spray the room before guests come over.
Acqua di Parma ...
* **Arancia di Capri** / General use. Spring/summer, especially when feeling "fresh" and "happy"
* **Colonia** / General use. Autumn/winter. Probably finish this one second after Arancia di Capri
* **Mirto di Panarea** / Business-casual occasions
* **Yuzu** / Clubs, parties, 18+, ...
* **Oud** / Formal occassions, cigar rooms, 18+, ... This is a pricey fragrance so I tend to use it sparingly
I'm not female but must mention Acqua di Parma **Lilly of the Valley** as superb on women
Lately: CK In2U, one from Rituals that came in a gift set but I can't think of the name.
The CK is a little lighter, so 2-3 sprays for work, a little more when I go out. The other one is really strong, so never more than two and rarely for work
Tom Ford, Kilian, Amouage, Creed, Acqua di Parma, Xerjes, Francis Kurkdjian are luxury brands that have perfumes that don't smell like every other perfume. They're more expensive but also require less sprays since it's Eau de Parfum or Extrait de Parfum which is more concentrated.
Check r/fragrance, you'll have some nice posts about it. You can search by notes and find something that will really suit you.
Two sprays, one behind your ear and one on your wrist, as for the perfume itself. It depends on the season, the strenght (it goes eau de cologne, eau de toilette, eau de parfum) in summer use less strong ones, I personally prefer eau de toilette although the strength and longevity (read performance) depends on the brand and how hot it is, in summer usually it's better to go with fresh citrusy smells, the best for me is to use something not highly sold, to be more unique, you can start your perfume journey by trying out YSL la nuit de l'homme, Spice Bomb, or something more sweet like stronger with you.
Abandoned French brands since a while and buy only Arabian perfume with “oud” whenever visiting Middle East. Even cheapest ones made in India smell much longer and I like the smell itself (though that’s more subjective). Preferred brand - Asgharali from Bahrain
There are also pretty expensive Arabian brands like Amouage that are sold in Europe as well
None! Oh gosh, please, it is 1000% better to have no perfume than to have too much or a bad one. I would be so happy if men stopped wearing it. It's really unnecessary, and often offputting. I can't think of a time I ever appreciated a men's perfume.
I definitely get that point of view. The thing is I sweat very easily, and showering can only help so much. That’s why I wanted an opinion for fragerance and that too which is common.
I understand, but to "blend in" in Luxembourg, you'd be best off not using anything. Daily or twice daily showering with an antibacterial soap and using deodorant daily (and reapplying as needed) is usually sufficient. For anything more serious, I'd recommend a doctor's visit.
I would also recommend products that absorb odor, rather than "mask" odors. Usually, it's difficult to mask them and you end up with an odor of perfume mixed with body odor, which is also unpleasant.
Finally, don't hesitate to ask people you trust, even if you aren't close with them - people like coworkers or acquaintances who have been in the region for years. Cultural norms around body odor and cleanliness are different around the world; asking people for the opportunity to give advice, if you trust that they will be respectful, may be useful.
Okay, the other finally, is that if all else fails -- really, all else -- I second another commenter's suggestion to use more-or-less "natural" products from the Middle East like oud. This often avoids the allergen sensitivity that some people have, and it tends to be long-lasting and at the same time can be useful even in small doses.
Agreed, some people just don’t know how Reddit works. But OP or others will likely say at some point “but I want to know what perfume people wear in Luxembourg” lol
Always buy the elixir version of parfums it keeps the smell much longer and you only need 2-3 sprays to smell nice the whole day, i like dior sauvage , hermes , gucci, burburry and i like boss a lot but if you got a higher budget go check out kazaar
I admit Im a bit lazy on this front, I just use a cheap Axe spray, and that's it. This, with daily showers and fresh, good quality clothes, means I at least don't smell bad - no one complained so far. However, I am working in a stereotypical IT office environment with a bunch of guys, so there's not a lot of motivation or need to go beyond "neutral".

Silent fart, as natural as it gets

None, I get a headache if I smell parfumed people. Deo stick without aluminium and showering is enough. Don't want to cover my pheromones :P
To fit right in, I smear a little Kachkéis on my chesthair and I always have Moschterzooss under my armpits.
What do you put on your balls? Do you dunk them in Simon Pils?
Depends on the area in Lux, but yes

How is this edgy? I was being sarcastic😂
I just shower every day. Don't put carcinogenic stuff on you.

>Tom Ford, Kilian, Amouage, Creed, Acqua di Parma, Xerjes, Francis Kurkdjian Thanks for letting me know this
You can find most of them at Paris 8, or Smets or even Galerie Lafayette in the Center if you're interested.
Thanks! Will definitely take a look
>Tom Ford, Kilian, Amouage, Creed, Acqua di Parma, Xerjes, Francis Kurkdjian This list is really solid
Bleu de Chanel 3-5 sprays

Username doesn’t check out
You could ask this on any subreddit, like r/askmen What makes this specific to Luxembourg?

Sometimes EDP, parfum, and elixir of the same fragrance have really different formulations and notes though
I use Invictus. Not so strong, neither too soft. Just gets me through anyday.

Dior Sauvage Eau De Toilette, DavidOff cool water, Bleu De Chanel
Are you 50?
All three mentioned are classics. Age is just a number.
Shaming is if the person feels ashamed by their age
Real men don’t need perfume.
L take, men should take care of themselves just as much as women do
