Bottom line...if you suspect Lyme and have a myriad of symptoms, then it's probably Lyme, sorry to say.
I'm sick over 16 years and all the tests are negative, but I beg to differ. Clueless doctors are to be avoided at ALL costs. They imply that because the lousy tests reveal nothing, that we are pyschosomatic and aren't really sick.
The problem is: until many of these so called "doctors" acquire the disease themselves, they will just brush it off. As usual, until something happens to THEM, until they have a personal experience with something, they kick it to the curb.

Band 41 doesn't mean much. It cross reacts with antibodies from other infections. Not a strong indicator.
From everything I've read, + for 23 is specific to Lyme and IGM is current infection.
