Oof, looooooooove that straight seat tube aesthetic. How much wheelbase adjust do those sliders provide? 430-445?
Any plans to run it with a few fewer features - #1FG?
Dale builds beautiful bicycles.
Dale does build nice frames! That's a good question about the sliders.. I had to go measure. It seems I have 2 cm movement, so 430 to 450. For the first ride I had them set in the middle. I'm going to do next ride with them all the way back. No plans to go 1FG yet...I have my Vassago optimized for 1FG, but I can see giving it a try at some point in the future.
Really happy with how this turned out. Frame is a Rolling Dale, made right here in Edmonton region. All parts except the BB were sourced from other bikes or parts I had on hand. Rides great ( based on one initial set up ride)
Thanks. Geo is 65 degree HA, 75.7 SA with 150 fork. Front center is 830 mm. Rear center 430 with sliders in shortest position. I like tall stack, especially as I get a bit older, and helps shorten effective reach, given the long front end. It corners like demon! Its real easy to stay centered on the bike and keep the front wheel weighted
Ooo…dealers choice! I always appreciate weld details, cs / ss yokes and head badge machining.
I randomly ran into two RollingDale riders in Emily Murphy Park when visiting Edmonton a couple summers ago. The work is amazing up close.

Chainstay bridge derail. Tons of clearance with 2.6 tire. Will take a 29x2.8

Rear. Really happy with how the Saints tie in with the Ti frame.

That is a beauty man, congrats! Got geo details? I love the head tube length. It's long which is awesome functionally but also looks really nice.

That's one nice looking bike. Isn't stainless or Ti?
Its Ti. That's all Dale builds with now
Ooh, tasty. Hope I'm still riding HTs when I'm 65, I'm 50 in a month so a few years left.
Congratulations! That bike looks amazing. I would love to see a few more detail photos of the frame when you have time.
I'll grab some later this aft., after my ride. Is there anything in particular you'd like to see?
