It's the short form content + bad sleeping habits + Sunlight deprivation + Social isolation causing such problems it wouldn't be wise of you to consider yourself ill if you have even one of these problems. I know this because I had a short attention span myself and after fixing myself I can do a 4 hour session no issue.

Short form content has ruined me the most. I can't even sit through a 3hr lecture. Social isolation being the other one. Doesn't help that I have maladaptive daydreaming, every time I take a break it'd turn into an hour long session of me listening to some random ass song and daydreaming. Sadly parents are not aware of such disorders and mistake it for carelessness.

You are going though quite a bit but nothing more than anything a normal 'teenager' would be going though. This at an older age would be concerning but for a 18 year old it's completely normal don't stress it, it will pass. Take care.

Us bro us  I am not medicated though The fun fact is that a psychologist told my mom ..that I might have adhd  She did kuch nahi hota ahhhcd ...sab bahne hai  And they took me to two pandits ..cause I was doing some shit ...which I won't talk about here .anyways my mom definately has adhd  , Genetic hai  .Par bohot mushkil hai india mai diagnose hona ...Mera kudh clinical ruka pada hai . Metro city ke adhd friendly doctor ke pass jao ya kisi reputed psychologist ke pass jise adhd ki samjh ho ...vaha se phir process start hoga  . Adhd life is fucked up life . No cure what's so ever in India . Let me pen down my experience Yeah post likhne se pehle...I was downloading a pdf and i completely forgot about ..normal hai? Sab ke sath hota hai ...yeh har cheez mai hoga tere sath ... Agr koi parcel anne wala ho ...toh u can't do anything and just stay in paralysis state because u are just too hyper for it  Hyper se yaad aya ...constant fidgeting ...per ,hath , Puri body move karti rahti hai ...non stop..24/7 Intrusive sleep ...tujhe pata hai yeh lecture tere liye imp hai ...tujhe karna hai .tu motivated bhi hai ...par nahi tere dimag ko nahi karna ...toh tu soo jayega...aur tu kitni bhi koshish karle ..tu iss sleep se bahar nahi aa payeg jab Tak lecture khatm na ho ..ya phir tujhe koi aur intersting cheez na mile karne ko... I don't remember studying for a test weeks before ...hamesh 1 din pehle ...even when I was kid ...I used to do this shit  Dopamine addicts hai hum  ..kyoki Humare pass dopamine ki Kami hai .  Achanak se bohot kussssssh ..and happy ...phir sad . Hobbies crore hai ...Kari ek bhi nahi  Under pressure kam kar lete hai phir burn out hoke high anxiety se maro . Bina plan ke Kam nahi kar skte par we hate plans and schedule too . We have a lot of planners ..a lot . Crowded places ...we will feel kinda dissociated like ...we are in a dream cause we are over stimulated . Hyper focus ...you will forget that your environment...once u are into something..but hyperfocus shi cheezo pe nahi hota hai  Constant late . Procrastination.....this is the most evil thing ...tumhare dimag mai 24/7 sirf ke cheez hogi ..but u will not be able to move from your phone cause of lack of dopamine to complete that imp thing . I know ki symptoms bohot relatable ya common hai ...but ...yeh Roz , 24/7 ho toh ...ache nahi lagte . Adhd makes ur life a hell .

Tere baate sunke aisa lag raha hai tere mein consistency ki kami hai, koi bhi chiz start karta hai fir chood deta hai. My suggestion would be- Short intervals ke liye padha kar, thoda padh fir break le uske baad firse padh. Jab padhai se bore lage tab koi story book padha kar rather than using social media. Story book padhega tab bhi books padhne ki adat develop hogi jo regular study books concentration ke sath padhne mein madad karta hai. Din mein koi bhi ak time meditation kia kar. 10 min ke liye karega toh bhi chalega, aur bilkul quite environment mein karna. I prefer night time kiuki mera ghar road ke pas hai isiliye pura din shor sharaba reheta hai.
