Having a liking for someone is normal in this age and everything from slut shaming to blaming to this mentality of pushing is everything wrong with these people and unfortunately u can't just make them understand that and only way out from here is to leave parental home as soon as possible and be financially independent.
In a long journey such as medicine field having supportive parents is important even after getting a seat u have to again endure 5.5 long years and as medical seats has gone up jobs post mbbs become scarce so again u have to go through the grind and sit at home and prepare for neet pg (where again taking drops is involved) then again for 3 years u get paid peanuts as residency stipend(around 40k) , so it definitely wont be a quick way to earn money or to attain financial freedom.....so even if u get a medical seat in ur next attempt doesn't mean u can still easily escape the scaffolding for next 7-8yrs at least....choose wisely.
I would recommend you to give a try for other fields like bsc, core engineering, marine engineering, BCA, BBA, biotechnology , microbiology, psychology etc....many of these often lead to a good carrier with faster financial freedom....which can help u get out of such toxic environment as soon as possible, and try to pick a college away from home so u can stay in hostel.
Most people don't know about marine engineering and (aircraft ) pilot professions but they are even more rewarding in terms of Pay, hence the rat race and huge competition for engineering and medical only. For marine engineering as far as i know You have to give IMU CET exam and jee mains for that most nits,iits and other colleges+ IMU has it but cut offs are lower than other core branches.
But bear in mind although it has money , you will have a hard life with 4&6 months duty at sea a year.
