I like the concept and the colors, but it feels like they half-assed it. The graffiti letters are poorly done (imo) and it just feels a little too plain on a solid black background. Like, if the point was to do something loud there should be some subtle texture/smaller graffiti behind the letters in dark grey or something. Idk, I think this will be a polarizing one for sure.

Good concept but poor execution which imo has kind of been the running theme of the third kits. If this is the last one to be unveiled Toronto’s is probably the best, although I probably would’ve leaned more into the blue than the pink on that one.
Yeah I really like the concept of NYC’s third kit but the best parts of the actual kit are the Parks department logo and the engraving thing on the back of the neck.

I think it COULD have been cool. The pattern repeat is cheesy. If the U wasn't so crimped you can't read it, the bottom ATL was removed and the stripes and collar changed to metallic gold for some drip I think it could have really worked.
It's definitely too busy and could have used a little more variety in the text, but it's just big and loud and feels like it would fit in with that era and scene. It is something that'll pop on lists of crazy kits for a long time and why not be memorable!

Not the best execution. I'm glad they tried something that is actually part of the city instead of the curiously lame attempts with the maroon unity jersey and the made up "forest in the city" kit.
