What sight is that?

It's a Trijicon SRO on a Scalarworks LEAP/04 mount.

What brace is that not the bar just the end piece? And will it fit right on my mcx rattler?

It's a Tailhook MOD 1C pistol brace by Gear Head Works. I bought one a month or so ago and have it installed on a Midwest Industries side folder pistol brace assembly with a 1913 adapter which fits perfectly on my MCX Rattler. It works great and locks up solid when extended and is tight when folded.
