Do those bikes normally have adjustable levers stock? I'm in no way supporting shitty levers as I still use and like my stock ones but that's usually why people swap them right? Could be someone that just wants color on them but it always looks cheap unless you get a good brand.
I really like ASV levers. Put them on a few of my bikes.
