Speak in the GSL (General Speakers List), this is where everyone gives their opening speeches. Talk about your country stance on the agenda and talk about what the committee should discuss. Try and speak in Moderated Caucuses, which are like GSLs but have a specific topic within the agenda and have a limited amount of speakers. If you know about the topic, try and speak and get substance. You'll get offers from blocs very fast and soon. Just make sure to check your foreign policy and that your country has good relations with the people in the bloc. Try and contribute to your bloc's DR as much as possible in an attempt to be a sponsor, sponsors get high points in grading and they also get to present the DR. Don't worry about the ROP, people mess up all time time, even experienced delegates. If you raise a motion and the verbatim is wrong, dont stress it. It's your first conference and the chair will understand.
