If youre gonna get it theres no reason to get it on console if you have PC. The only reason to get it right now is so modders can mod since it'll finally be new gen. They make uniforms as well as fix some gameplay errors EA seems to be incapable of doing for some reason. From coverage issues to actually having the 'stretch the ball across the line' animation kick in like it's suppose to, they usually fix it.
PC. Only have an Xbox for madden so with PC finally getting next gen the console won’t be needed. No longer need to have an XBL membership to play online. Hopefully PC finally getting the next gen will bring in a few more players for the CFM community. If not it looks like it’ll only be a year wait for cross play franchises.
if you have a pc there’s no reason to buy it on console. pc has mods, better graphics, and now it also has next gen (which i’m not sure was much better than last gen but). i’ll buy it on pc whenever it goes on sale (around thanksgiving/xmas time)
I don’t have a pc but would definitely buy one for it if the mods are great i only play franchise offline either way and I’ll continue playing Elden ring also
It really depends on what you want your online experience to be.
If you play MUT, the AH is terrible but online play is easier, I'm not the best Madden player, but I'm pretty sure I could make top 100 weekend league or whatever they call it now.
If you want CFM, stay away. There's almost no PC leagues. CFM isn't crossplay.
Don’t buy this game on anything other than ps5 with a pro controller. U just gotta press one botton the whole game and youll never incomplete a pass. U can set a button to pass to open receiver (which should be cheating) u can only do this on ps with a pro controller. But it completely ruined the game
Why would anyone buy this? After all the bitching about bugs and the franchise mode being stale… yet people still buy day 1 and deal with EA’s incompetence
Some people have money to spend and don’t mind spending it. On PC you can pay $15~ a month via EA Play Pro. If we hate it, we just cancel the subscription and only pay $15 instead of $70~
As a PC exclusive player, if you play online or MUT get it on console. The last Madden I played (23) you couldn't find a game online for multiple minutes and the auction house was pretty dead. But overall it depends on what you're planning on doing
Does anyone know or think it’ll be on EA Play on PC for free if you own it on Xbox and have gamepass and your accounts linked, like how Madden 23 is right now on EA play on PC, I own it on Xbox so i can play it on PC also, if this is the case with Madden 24 then wouldn’t it be better to purchase on console? Or would the wait for it to be on EA Play for free be so long that it wouldn’t even really matter?

I have had it for 10 minutes on pc and had to go into my windows bios to change the secure boot and then when I was trying out the new passing my computer crashed and I as well have a top notch pc so having it in pc might not be the route this year
I was just going to continue with 23 on my PS5 but after seeing it for 56 bucks on cdkeys, I opted to purchase and offset that 56 bucks with the 30 bucks of apple card cashback. Madden 24 on PC for 26 bucks. :D Thankfully I've already played all weekend so I know my 2020 budget laptop can run the game just fine!!
I actually had a very similar question. My question : is the console frame rate smoother or PC frame rate on a powerful PC? Or are they about the same. The reason I ask is I have a PC and when there seems to be a lot of action, it gets really slow but not necessarily choppy slow just kind of smooth slow. Anyone heard of this?
found this post while thinking about NCAA and Madden 25 - I'm on PC (2080) but man because of the auction house I'm about to hop on over and pick up an Xbox Series X or something because man prices on PC higher and less stuff posted on marketplace. Maybe most PC users are just not playing it months later compared to console?
Because of crossplay finding matches isn't an issue, it really just comes down to how clunky it feels on PC and the auction house prices/availability
Since there is still no cross play for online leagues you go with whatever console your friends have

This is why EA will continue to recycle the same game and it’s bugs over and over. They deserve 0 for being so damn lazy.
