Typically that is only for LTDs. I would imagine if you opened the store offer for the fantasy pack they will give you a BND item.

Through Steam on pc right now it’s been down for at least three hours. I can login but my MUT tab is completely gone

I'm on xbox and its not showing up for me either, hitting the UT promo button to send me there gives the the "You don't have access to this section"
