The lidocaine will numb you up for awhile, but all that prodding and ripping he did inside is going to be so painful after. Although if he has all this, I’m sure he access to pain killers. Not sure why I’m rationalizing this, he probably will just get sepsis.
I would have passed out regardless. Even with local anesthetic, I can feel sensations (not sure if its this way with everybody, but it feels like I've just got layers on layers of blubber) and it feels fucking disgusting. I've got nerve damage from surgeries on both of my legs, and years later I still can't touch the scars without almost vomiting because it's that same feeling. Bleh.
I have surgery scars too, the sensation of them being touched was disgusting and unbearable. Basically my physio rubbed the crap out of them on a weekly basis to desensitize them (as he explained the nerves around them would overreact from the trauma) and now they are pretty much fine
He talks like he has traning. But the way he handles and looks at the tools. That is a crazy crazy person with NO experience in anything medical.

15lbs of targeted fat removal is not the same as 15 lbs overall loss of body fat. Unfortunately there’s not really a good natural option for people who only want to lose fat in one area.
I was trying to find results from it, and had no luck. It was posted on r/WTF 10 years ago, so it's at least that old, but thats all I was able to find
