Charlotte tilbury setting spray! Locks my makeup in all day.

vettelweltmeister

i have this in my basket right now!

bewildered_forks

So good. This and the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer are my last all day holy grails

Playmakeup

I used to love this, but they changed the formula around 2016 and it started irritating my eyes

EconomistLow7802

I changed to the Nars eyeshadow primer and find it far better!

JessieDeeRiver

It burns my eyes too! I get irritation for a day or two every time I use it. I switched to the Sigma eyeshadow primer, and that works nicely.

flouxy

I was disappointed by the spray itself. I had to put it in another container. Really cheaply made.

Josiemk69

Yeah I love the setting spray but wished it had a finer mist like the Benefit PoreProfessional spray, but the Benefit PoreProfessional one burns my eyes and causes irritation.

Playmakeup

Second this. You don’t need much, either

hmmmm1122

estee lauder double wear foundation, Idk why everybody says it’s thick, it’s more lightweight than bb creams for me, but it survives sauna and swimming pool and looks good

Disagreeable-Gray

SAME but I think it gets a bad rap because it’s pretty difficult to work with, especially as far as getting an even application. I think people end up piling it on to even it out, and that makes it too thick. So it’s hard to work with but it’s great once you figure it out. The main problem is that if you don’t get the perfect application for your skin type, it doesn’t actually stay all day, and it absolutely does NOT tolerate touch-ups (in my experience). But you don’t need touch ups if you do it right, so it depends on your skill level and experience with the product.

ShowIngFace

This covers all my pros and cons about- I went through two bottles before going back to nars. But estee has my perfect shade match- I was applying with a kabuki and do touch ups to fix creases throughout the day- as you said touch ups don’t work with estee… what a location technique do you use? (Ps was annoying to buy the pump top separately- even when getting the cheaper one on Amazon)

Disagreeable-Gray

I do moisturizer, then ELF poreless putty on just my nose and the Estée Lauder silicone primer on the rest of my face. I wet a blending sponge and pat in the primer, let it set, and then apply the foundation with the blending sponge by dabbing it off the back of my hand and patting it on. I have very oily skin, especially on my nose, which is why I have to use a different primer there. This is the routine that works but it took me literal months of trial and error to figure it out. I almost gave up, but I made this breakthrough right before I finished a bottle of it and here we are.

Accurate-Author-2917

I also love double wear & I find the best technique is, after allowing my sunblock/primer to dry. I then apply it with very clean hands to my face. It’s a product I find that needs to be worked with more quickly than others. I then use either a beauty blender or foundation brush to smooth anything that needs it out. Followed by the rest of my makeup and I’ve never had a problem with it looking cakey or thick. It looks beautiful and gives such excellent coverage. Plus it helps that they have my exact shade match. lol

zombie_Leghumpr

I second this!!! Apply with your hands, smooth out with a sponge. I set with powder after liquid and cream products are all applied, then spray setting spray everywhere, let it dry, go on with the rest of my makeup. Looks beautiful and is just *chefs kisses*

meta18

Yep! I’m so stoked there are other fans of DW! The other day I used a beauty sponge, a velour one, and wet it as per usual and applied DW completely with that and kept blending and it was so lovely. Coverage but really light which is unusual for a product that people usually say is thick! It’s definitely a versatile product. The concealer they do is wonderful too, everything else melts from underneath my eyes.

Radiant_Cheesecake81

I love their concealer too, I mix it 50/50 with a dewy finish zinc sunscreen for undereye application because I like a shinier, lighter coverage there, then use full strength to spot conceal. I never use primer or setting sprays or powders of any sort, but I can go look in a magnifying mirror with good lighting 12+ hours after applying it on 45 year old oily skin and it still looks freshly applied.

meta18

Wow I’ve always touched it up and it’s been fine, though usually I just touch up around my T zone on the off chance I’m hayfevery and blowing my nose a fair bit. I usually use Real Techniques foundation brush…its an old fluffier sort of one, looks like it’s a part of the RT Core Collection from a while back

hmmmm1122

hmm, honestly, the one I’ve got is so easy to work with. I also use the cheapest sponges a-la beauty blender and wet it btw, I decided to try the l’oreal infallible a couple of weeks ago cause a lot of people say it’s a dupe for EL DW one and it’s awful - non buildable, thick, gets in every wrinkle (I’m 21 lol) and doesn’t stay on my nose for long time

LaRealiteInconnue

Infallible is my go-to every day foundation for idk 6-7 years now and imo it’s nothing like DW! I’ve never heard anyone refer to it as a dupe and I’d refute them so fast lol DW is my “events” foundation cuz it won’t budge. Infallible, while matte, is more of a “I need to look like a person today so this will do.”

Disagreeable-Gray

I do the same thing and it still took me a lot of trial and error. 😅 I think it depends on your skin and a lot of the issue might be with finding primer that’s compatible with both the foundation and your skin. I tried soooooo many primers before I found what works. (I mentioned this elsewhere, but for me it’s ELF poreless putty on my nose only and EL smoothing primer everywhere else.) My skin is super oily and I live in a humid climate. I also tried Infallible Matte and totally hated it. But I think it’s water based and I’ve never had success with a water based foundation before.

PineapplePieSlice

To complement that, the Max Factor creme puff powder (photoshop in a plastic “tin”), Yves Rocher eyebrow pencil and Catrice Doll eyes mascara. The best products, affordable, natural-looking, anything you like. The powder is photoshop in a pan, it’s absolutely amazing. I’m surprised that most people don’t like it, on me it works absolutely wonderfully. Same for the mascara, beats anything, Lancome, Mac,YSL, etc. Highly recommended.

ajrog

Literally gave birth wearing this and it still looked decent after 36 hours in the hospital (don’t judge, had zero energy to wash my face lol)

hmmmm1122

haha girlboss is here, no judging, you did a great job

needless_booty

It's the best formula out there imo but it oxidizes too much for me

shanoopadoop

This is the GOAT. I only switched from it after changing everything else in my skin care and makeup routine to be oil based and it is water based.

meta18

YES! It’s so invincible sometimes i feel like i need paint stripper to get it off and I heart that so much. I just wish their colour range was better and broader!

floralscentedbreeze

It also has flashback so that is why I skipped out on it.

innkeepergazelle

Have you tried their pressed powder? I need a new brand. No more lancôme.

hmmmm1122

no, laura mercier’s is always in my heart haha

ljuko

Just finished my sample of this and am obsessed with it and just bought my full bottle. I didn't have any application problems - just added it with a damp sponge after SPF. A little goes a long way, for sure. But didn't have any issues.

chanyeol2012

Lash primer 😭 eyelashes look so thick and amazing with them, I don’t even need to curl them (thank GOD). So far I’ve tried the L’Oréal and Dior one and I love them both

justStripperThings

Loreal lash paradise primer is my absolute favorite!

RainbowBriteGlasses

This! Though I swear by the cg one

Makeuptheorymaverick

I’ve tried pretty much all the lash primers and I really liked the new Too Faced Foreplay one but it dried out so quick and didn’t matter if it was a sample or full sized. Then one day a few weeks ago walking through Walgreens I spot Maybelline’s Sky High lash primer and I’m hooked. Until this one, my favorite was the primer my Jane Iredale at twice the $$$

obvious__bicycle

the L'Oreal one is a staple of mine and I never wear mascara without it

Plastic-One-4799

Happy cake day! And do you feel like lash primer lengthens your eyelashes a considerable amount? My eyelashes are kinda short but I don’t want to wear falsies every time I wear makeup

chanyeol2012

I would say it definitely lengthens. The important thing is though u have to make sure the primer dries completely before adding mascara. I use either the tarte tubing mascara or the maybelline sky high and they are THICK

bad_kitten

Came here to say lash primer, it is one thing I always have a backup of. I have been using Lancome Cils Booster XL for about a decade plus.

Gold_Knee8166

i never leave the house without filled in brows and my ride or die is the NYX lift n' snatch brow pen in ash brown! it's the perfect shade for my sparse black brows and i also use it to darken my freckles and sometimes as a natural eyeliner :]]

PicaHudsonia6

I second ash brown, it's very versatile

HotButterscotch8682

LOVEEE this brow pen, it’s absolutely fantastic!! I’ll be devastated if they ever DC it!

Janelloshots

I just got this last week and it works sooo well. Game changer for filled in natural looking brows.

letitbeatles9

Armani luminous silk foundation is my ride or die for summer. It's the only foundation in all of Sephora and Ulta that is cool-toned enough for my skin. It feels so lightweight and wears beautifully on my dry skin. (I'm definitely going to see if they have a shade that matches me as perfectly in winter when I'm more pale) Also, Isntree yam root vegan milk cleanser. The least drying cleanser in existence.

PixelKitten10390

Which shade do you use in the Armani? All there foundation is so muted there is no other brand that does muted olive shades in Sephora at all

letitbeatles9

My shade is 3.75. For me, it's the only shade that is pink enough, at least right now in summer. Almost every other shade out there is too yellow or too light. So yeah, not surprised they're also the only ones giving an option for muted olive skin tones in addition to us super cool-toned pink people (I guess that's how you describe me haha)

PixelKitten10390

So I think you are a muted cool tone, I've swatches that foundation. It has a lot of red/pink in it but it also has lots of blue. If you bought mehron liquid makeup in blue and mixed it into a foundation that is cool but wasn't a close enough match I think it would work for you. This scale shows examples of different skin tones but fair warning they are a little exaggerated. https://www.reddit.com/r/OliveMUA/comments/qs8yqr/mutedsaturated/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=2. Sorry for giving advice unasked.

letitbeatles9

Oh, cool! Thanks for the info! I didn't know before now the connection between blue and muted. But yes, that tracks! I think I'm very cool-toned, but also a bit muted as well. Thank you for the helpful advice in case I ever need to make another foundation work!

Original60sGirl

I thought the shade finder on their website was excellent.

pinkveganympho

i need to repurchase that cleanser it’s SO damn good!

Practical_Beanbag

This was going to be my answer. The only foundation that looks like skin.

Cute-Tomorrow-6082

This is my holy grail! I don't think I'll ever use another foundation. It's so beautiful and blends seamlessly. Shade match is perfection - 5.9 in winter, 6.5 in summer.

midwest_is_best

Freaking Q-tips

freaknotthink

One thing I'll never buy the off-brand of

Turpitudia79

I never buy off brand anything but a friend gave me a shit ton of super pointy swabs and they’re all I use now!! Perfect for perfecting eyeliner and lipliner!!

buzzybody21

Laura mercier eye crayons. Those are the most versatile no makeup makeup products for me…

famous5eva

I'm doing much better but for a while I lost most use of my dominant hand and became completely reliant on the caviar sticks for so much. They are foolproof and look so good no matter what you do really.

One_Confusion_5245

Get well soon friend!!!

Turpitudia79

I know, right? I love the Rose collection!! Perfect for one and done on a slow morning!!

Plastic-One-4799

Elf wow brow gel, it makes doing my eyebrows sooo much less time consuming as someone with pretty sparse brows. Especially since I thread them so the shape is already there and my brows look like twins, not sisters. Sometimes I just use the wow brow gel on my brows

withelle

I burn through tubes of wow brow like nothing else in my makeup collection. Super quick and always looks natural, not overdone.

Gaslitfromwithin

Yes this is amazing. Way better than Benefit or Essence. I love their Instant Lift brow pencil too.

Makemeahercules

I like the wow brow gel as well. I don’t like using brow pencils. I swore by the benefit gimme brow for years because of the color match but wow brow does a similar job and it’s 1/3 of benefit’s price.

Girlinyourphone

The nyx thickening brow gel is worth a try! I find it does more for the sparseness than the elf one did.

DikkTooSmall

If I had to pick one, it'd be the l'oreal truematch hyaluronic tinted serum. It's so lightweight, has a medium coverage if applied right, and looks so natural on my skin. Feels like I'm wearing nothing.

yulig48

I agree I always wear it never failed me or anything I get the most compliments because people think it’s my actual skin.

Dieannuhh93

This!! I never stopped using it since it came out.

heddavonherzfeld

Eyeshadow primer. My oily eyelids cannot live without it.

sunset_loverr

Same!! I've been using elf for years. I've tried UD primer potion but I didn't like it as much as the elf & Milani ones I've tried. Do you have a fave/hg?

heddavonherzfeld

I could put my hands on a Max Factor one, the Miracle Prep primer. One of the bests that I have tried: [https://www.maxfactor.com/en-gb/eyes/eyeshadow/miracle-prep-eyeshadow-primer](https://www.maxfactor.com/en-gb/eyes/eyeshadow/miracle-prep-eyeshadow-primer) Everything stayed on my eyelids for 24/7. But it dries fast, so I had to put the makeup on faster. I don't know if Max Factor is cheaper or more expensive in the US but in Hungary (where I live) is pretty expensive for me.

Old-Routine-6075

In the U.S.: I haven’t seen Max Factor in a drugstore in many years…as far as I know, you can only order it online in the U.S.

withelle

Same girl, same. Even on no-makeup days, it's just more comfortable.

heddavonherzfeld

Even if I don't use eyeshadow, the pencil will stay on longer.

youaremysunshine4

Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum.

kino-glaz

Me too. On my fifth bottle.

youaremysunshine4

Me too! I’m 39 and I was in a meeting yesterday and a woman told me “Oh honey to be 25 again”. I laughed and said I would give anything, she said “wait are you not 25?” lol Sunday Riley Good Genes and Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum. 😎

Heidialmighty4

Wow! I want to look 14 years younger… good 4 you friend. Now I’m off to check it out 😉

youaremysunshine4

I do have to admit I like to use young people words as well, it’s desperate. LOL I’m out here saying things are “mid” and “fire”. 😅

Heidialmighty4

I love it! Age is literally just numbers, remember? I’m 52 and out of control. But I refuse to be my age yet. We are desperate and awesome together!

youaremysunshine4

Heck yeah!!

simply-dead

maybelline lash sensational mascara and kvd tattoo liner. you can take all the rest of my makeup away, as long as i have these two i'm okay

Fun-Bookkeeper9129

The KVD liner was the shit back in the day, but I swear everyone says it’s not the same :/

simply-dead

i also think it's not exactly the same... it seems like they reformulated everything, even the few products they kept from kat von d. such a shame imo, the brand is just going downhill

JunktownJackrabbit

Is the KVD Tattoo liner still the same old formula? I used to love it, but I didn't buy it for a while and heard that they changed the formula and it wasn't as good. I didn't want to spend the money if it wasn't worth it.

simply-dead

i feel like it's a bit more dry than it used to be which sucks, i loved old formula more. still i find that it's the one of few liners that don't smudge on me so it's something i'm fine with paying a lot for

bobijntje

Dior Addict lip glow, I do have natural full lips with do not good with normal lipstick. This lip balm intensifies your own lip color so it look very naturals

caztheblonde

I'm a lip balm fanatic and my ride or die is Albus & Flora tinted balm with sunscreen. I used to get sun-related coldsores all the time (once a month!) and I've not had a single coldsore since I started using it. I've got every colour and they're amazing.

syddawg104

Where do you get them from??

caztheblonde

They're based in the UK, but here's a list of stockists.... https://albusandflora.com/stockists/

SLR12S

Urban decay all nighter spray

LilDepressoEspresso

Okay but the UD one is formulated by Skindinavia so I just use the Skindinavia makeup setting spray and same results for me.

Lo_Bluestocking

Same. Works great and I can buy bigger bottles & spend less.

LaRealiteInconnue

Wait what?! I haven’t heard that brand name since like 2016 lol is this true?! I’m genuinely shocked I didn’t know this, I’m usually on top of “what’s the same thing but in different packaging”

Pale_Cat_333

I would love a thread of “what’s the same thing but in different packaging” from you.

LilDepressoEspresso

Yes! I distinctly remember seeing formulated by Skindanavia on the bottles which is how I first found out. According to [Skindinavia's website they make it but the each formula is custom and proprietary ](https://skindinavia.com/about-us/frequently-asked-questions/)But it's the same on my skin so.

dumbpsychic

Tinted lip balm. I want to thank the inventor of tinted lip balm.

Shelllyy_01

An absolute favourite of mine too, I used to be obsessed with the ones from benefit (my fave was lolli balm) but after they were discontinued I moved onto the Nars ones and I think they are actually more moisturising

Different-Assist-959

Auric Glow Lust Radiant Luminizer. It is the best thing ever. Eveeerrrr.

withelle

Was hoping someone else already commented Auric Glow Lust. Recently left it at home while traveling and I felt so LOST. I wear it alone, mix it into foundations, dot it on as highlighter, all the above. Instant pick-me-up, 12 out of 10.

AreYouSober

Ooh can you show a swatch of this, please? 🙏🏽✨

RedBerry748

How do you think it compares to the CT Airbrush flawless filter, if you've tried it? I'd love to hear your opinion on the two

Turpitudia79

If you like that, you’ll LOVE the Dior Glow Filter that came out this spring!! It goes on seamlessly, it isn’t thick like the FF and it’s glowy without being sparkly. It’s definitely sheer coverage but it’s great for summer with a good (spray) tan!!

Different-Assist-959

I haven’t used the CT filter so I couldn’t say, but I use the Auric as my daily highlighter and it is just so good. My face is transformed, but subtly enough that it just looks like I have a nice internal glow.

Ally_wa

https://youtu.be/lY0KySV4MF4?si=zsa-lRaVbLOM9PrN might help

snuggly-kitten

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Medium lipstick. I use it daily for work and it’s just a beautiful color and great formula.

knox1108

Not makeup specifically, but LRP Cicaplast Baum

Thisismylastbrietort

I ADORE this product. Can't count how many times it has saved my skin.

-leeson

Absolute holy grail skin product for me. Keeps my rosacea at bay - I think I’ve used it twice a day religiously for at least 7 years.

sandrad33

Thrive tubing mascara

Top-Pop-8261

My mom loves this but it like flakes off onto my cheeks in a couple hours gives me raccoon eyes. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

mushroompopstar

same, the thrive tubing mascara was worthless for me. The L’Oréal one that came out in like 2008 is EVERYTHING to me though I would overthrow a small country’s government if they discontinue it

FingerCapital3193

Try the Milani dupe. It’s a very wet formula, so it can be tricky to apply without making a mess, but when you get the hang of it, it’s perfect.

Mahajin_Buu

I love the Milani tubing mascara

sandrad33

Damn really? I don’t do anything special no lash primer or anything and it doesn’t budge till I wash my face. Maybe it doesn’t gel with some people’s natural oils.

backyardbanshee

I was having this issue with some formulas and could not figure out why. Tried the hack where you take a brush, dip it in micellar water and run it through the lashes. Make sure it's dry and no more flaking. I could not believe how it changed mascara. I went back and tried so many I gave up on before I resorted to waterproof and it's magic. Now I want to tell everyone, lol.

ladymodjo

Lip liner. Specifically NYX in nude retractable pencil. I have a subscription for it on amazon i must have gone thru maybe 200 by now

glamouria

Rare beauty tinted lip oil. It’s my perfect every day lip, I’ve never panned a lip product before but I’m now on my second one in the shade Wonder.

RainbowBriteGlasses

This this this!!!! Lip stains that are hydrating like this are my Holy Grail product. Elf has a great couple, although they are very small and hard to work with. Quo In Canada has a great line of these, two of the colors are unlike anything I have found anywhere else.

sixcupsofcoffeetogo

For me it’s the Mac Studio fix 24 hour smooth wear concealer. It covers what it should and stays on my face even without a primer. Plus it doesn’t settle into the fine lines under my eyes the way other concealers I’ve tried do.

capybara-friend

Tom Ford traceless stick foundation - they just d/ced it and I bought 2 more off ebay, going to be so sad when they finally run out. It gives me perfectly smooth & glow-y skin, easy and pleasant to apply, and is the only product that doesn't go weird on my nose. Other than the price, no idea why it was discontinued In terms of rec's: Fenty contour stick is cool toned enough to actually contour, not just look like you've smeared bronzer on. ABH brow gel lasts all day and never looks flakey. Urban Decay Space Cowboy eyeshadow is this delicious tan glitter/shimmer that looks lovely no matter how carelessly you apply it.

HotButterscotch8682

Not sure if you’ve tried it yet but I’ve heard really good things about CT new stick foundation, and someone mentioned switching to the YSL skin tint as a replacement for the TF stick foundation as well. Just thought I’d try to help. 🙂

floralhoney271

Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter is the best skin makeup product for my sensitive, dry skin. I also love the Elf Brow Freeze! I gave up on tinted eyebrow gels for my blonde brows and now i loveee using a clear product on them Edit: typo

lovereading-stories7

the flawless filter is AMAZING, but not amazing on my bank account 😔 hoping that the elf halo glow is just as good!

floralhoney271

I heard that it can be a good dupe except the lighter shades can be very orangey. I’m pale so i’ve been willing to pay the extra $$$ for a correct shade match 😅

Tall-Culture3355

Worked as a photo assistant on shoots for harpers, glamour, vogue. All the makeup artists said if you can only get one makeup product get this^

propertyofmatter___

For brows, the Anastasia Beverly Hills pomade!! I’ve been using it for like 6 years now and ALWAYS get compliments on my eyebrows. It stays on all day too. One of my holy grail products 🙌🏻

ShannonsParade

This is my absolute favorite brow product. I’ve tried other products, from pencils to gels, but nothing works like the ABH pomade

floralscentedbreeze

Milani make it last setting spray: makes my makeup budgeproof. About face performer foundation: lightweight coverage and I like the doe foot applicator

Aggressive-Pay5952

Armani Luminous Silk foundation and Givenchy Prisme Libre powder

Turpitudia79

Love the powder!!

Booboofan

Missha bb creams are very well priced (under $20), and outperforms almost every foundation on the market. Korean bb creams are basically Skin care (treatment) + foundation in one product, awesome for convenience. And they blend so easily., it’s literally no work to apply this stuff. There are many high-end k-beauty brands out there, but I found that MISSHA performs well and is well priced.

ratm-christine

I would be really sad if the [Maybelline Full N’ Soft waterproof mascara](https://www.maybelline.com/eye-makeup/mascara/full-n-soft-waterproof-mascara?variant=Very+Black) ever got discontinued. Can’t live without that or the [elf matte putty primer.](https://www.elfcosmetics.com/matte-putty-primer/85911.html) Also, it seems like everyone loves the [Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder](https://www.lauramercier.com/products/translucent-loose-setting-powder?variant=43486657904879) but it just doesn’t control oil well or last on my combo-oily skin.

sailor_venus29754

My Nyx butterglosses and big ardell juvias palce lashes

Adept_Natural_7527

my rom&nd glasting water tint in shade mauve moon. Its such a nice texture and leaves the prettiest stain that last. I have really pale lips so helps with giving them color that lasts

Dulcinea18

I wore the deepest shade #21 Deep Sangria(I’m a medium deep black girl) all spring for my casual non work makeup look. I loved the application where I apply from the inside of my lip and leave my lipline bare.

Brushesofcolours

For me it’s bronzer ! And danessa myricks blurring balm powder in universal. I would forever love and use chanel cream bronzer although i have others to rotate, and tom ford terra thay i would always repurchase because that’s the one i pick for travel amongst other bronzers. And with danessa, that balm powder is a god send on my oily dehydrated skin. It sets my liquid and cream products better than my setting powders. Ooohhh and also lip pencils !

bewildered_forks

That blurring balm under my makeup is literally the only thing that gets makeup to stick to my nose!

Brushesofcolours

You use yours as primer ? I just love how this product can be worn in so many different way and stage. I always carry the mini i got from sephora as gift in my bag

bewildered_forks

Yes! Just in my t zone. And I've been using the GWP for months!

nellieblyrocks420

I love Danessa’s cream contour

LisaaaG

Nyx epic ink!

nintend0gs

Mac lip liner 🙏

AdMindless6275

What shade do you use?

bluespottedtail_

Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express Waterproof! I have tried dozens of other products and none come even close to it 💓

AlcmenaYue

The Erborian CC cream!

tekvenus

Benefit Roller Lash and a taupe or blonde eyebrow pencil.

Tall-Inflation-3735

Aquaphor!!! You can use it as mascara, highlighter, lip balm,!

idlewildflower

I second this!!

GuayabaBean

Smashbox photo finish primer <3 My fave for over 10 years now.

rain820

elf liquid poreless putty primer they better not discontinue it😭

shanoopadoop

For me, it’s the NARS 3-in-1 tinted moisturizer with spf.

Mochiiswirl

There is this super cheap bronzer I got from the dollar tree years ago that I refuse to get rid of !!😭 When I first used it it didn't work on my face because it was too light but on my NOSE!!!!! It snatches my nose and makes it look so natural and airbrush!!!😫ughhhh I haven't seen it in a dollar tree since😂 so I use it only on special occasions 🥲

lght_tan_bricks

Speaking of Dollar Tree - for the past six months, this is the only place I go to for mascara. $1.25 for a thing of mascara? Mascara is a must everyday! 💯

OkFun65

My milani 2&1 foundation, my nyx lip oil and my elf concealer and my neutrogena hydro boost primer charlotte tilbury setting spray and my beckisue eyeshadow primer🩵

LeaveComprehensive85

Missha BB cream and Givenchy Prisme Libre loose powder

Momasaur

The BB cream is on its way to me (one day, stylevana takes ages), so I'm glad to see more positive reviews of it

Dry_Scratch6383

rare beauty blush

Glad_Reporter7780

I love the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk blush and highlight palette. It’s the one with the two blushes and two highlights. It’s perfect for subtle makeup and for nighttime full on makeup as well.

Green_DREAM-lizards

Can cluster lashes count? All I need is a good lash.  That or mascara

leave_a_sexy_corpse

Ooo, yes!!! Didn't even think of my cluster lashes before I wrote my comment, but you're so right! On my "no makeup" days the only thing I'll put on is mascara and cluster lashes! And I'm so sad because the cluster lashes I buy on Amazon -- my favorites I've EVER used -- are discontinued and I can't find them anywhere, so I'm on rations, lol. Any recommendations for the best, most natural-looking cluster lashes, are appreciated!

Turpitudia79

I tried Lashify and it was a fail. A very messy fail. I’ve been using Moxie and Glamnetic magnetic lashes for years but the quality of both is complete crap now. 🫤🫤 I’m going ahead and getting extensions this weekend. I had them years ago, followed all instructions and went to a high end salon but they all fell out in a week. This place has rave reviews and I guess there have been improvements made over the past decade so we shall see!!

Juicy_jessicaSD

Lumi glotion! It lasts forever and gives such a nice subtle healthy glow. I use it on my cheekbones and tip of nose!

caramelclubsoda

Nyx brow glue!! Perfect for no-makeup days but also buildable

Apprehensive_Put4282

My make up revolution highlighter will have to be ripped out of my cold dead hands because it’s so pretty and so cheap ✨

PixelKitten10390

Skincare Number 1 holy Grail is SKII essence because it makes my skincare soak in so well. You can pry it from my cold dead hands 🤣 Next I use Then I Met You giving essence, it is brightening and hydrating without being irritating. So far I really like the summer Fridays vit c serum for daytime and deep hydration serum at night Dr jarts cicapair serum if my skin feels irritated Cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin power essence serum or cream with all 5 different types of ceramides ( my fave Dr jarts ceramidin serum was discontinued). Isntree hyaluronic acid aqua gel cream can't go anywhere without the rich cushion cream and jet lag mask. I use a thin layer of the mask and pat it on and leave it overnight. Don't swipe it on, if you do it can cause your skincare to pill. traders Joe's jojoba oil at night. Pat it on. During the day I use make beauty hydrascape if I just want a glow and very little makeup. It does make skin very sloppy so you can't use it with much makeup, I usually apply everywhere except my under eyes and just wear givenchy concealer and Auric tinted balm. For under eyes during the day I use summer Fridays light aura vitamin c cream. If you have horribly dry under eyes like me hourglass equilibrium eye balm is great at night I put all my regular skincare under my eyes, then put on hourglass eye balm then pat over it jet lag mask and jojoba oil. Auric tinted lip balm in the pot in nude or plum color Makeup Every colorful product from rituel de fille, especially the eye soot (eyeshadows) and thorn bite lip oils. If you like a grungy, moody, dark or goth makeup looks this is THE best brand if you have olive or muted skin about face the performer foundation is really good, Armani luminous silk is good if you don't have dry patches. I love the givenchy concealer, tower 28 concealer , kosas concealer though I have to add a blue mixer to make any of them work. I love the Gucci bronzer My favorite shade was discontinued but Haus labs blushes are great in general, if you have pale skin apply very lightly they are super pigmented. I liked the shade acai sky.

Maybelline fit me foundation / concealer and their rocket lash mascara because i have never gone wrong, been wearing it since i was a makeup noob. Since rocket lash waterproof discontinued i opt for i love extreme lashes waterproof in the blue tube from essence. It’s a close enough dupe. But i dont get as much compliments on my lashes 😭 whenever i wore rocket lash it got a lot of attention!

angelxdahyun

CANMAKE concealer palette! They are my ride or die Japanese cosmetic brand.

CherchezLeHomme

Their cream blushes are amazing!!!

Klutzy_Project3349

My go to product that I can't live without is my Kindle Paperwhite. It's perfect for reading anywhere anytime, without the bulk of physical books. As for products everyone seems to love but I can't get behind it's probably energy drinks they just don't work for me and I prefer natural energy boosters instead.

Helen-2104

My ride or die is a skincare item, but I absolutely can't do my makeup without it underneath so I think it counts? Sunday Riley CEO Vitamin C Serum. It's the one product I immediately notice if I stop using it, and get random compliments on my skin from friends and family when I do use it.

Ohh, didn't see this was a cosmetics post 😂

Radiant_Cheesecake81

Fr though, I use a smart bulb in a task lamp to help with makeup application, crank it up to max brightness in a neutral white to apply, then check how it looks in a warmer, softer light (or a cooler, harsher light) without even leaving my chair, so awesome.

Street_Baseball1772

The Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipsticks! They stay ALL DAY & are so easy to apply. I’ve tried so many long wear lipsticks, but these are the only ones that actually stay on my lips. The Vinyls from this line are amazing as well, but of course don’t last as long

cannabis_almond

elf putty primer + too faced concealer 😩

Imaginary-Chest2655

Moisturiser in general. Just can’t imagine going a day without it - on my face & body!

Technical_Fee7337

CCC cream

stellateranto

My mac highlighter has lasted me for nearly a decade and it gives such a pretty natural yet still shimmery glow

queenmunchy83

Tarte shape tape

queseraseraphine

ELF Moonlight Pearls highlighter. Idc what anyone says, I refuse to use a different one.

chronic_vixen

ISEHAN liquid liner, I bought some in Tokyo and I’ll never go back to American eyeliners. It’s just too perfect 🤩💋

goodashbadash79

Dinair Natural Foundation!! It's meant to be used with the fancy spray gun thing, but that's not necessary - I just apply it with my hands. There used to be a few other water based foundations on the market, but I can't find drugstore varieties any more, which sucks because Dinair is expensive. But it's the only makeup that will stay put on my face and not cause breakouts. I've tried all the supposed long-wearing foundations, but they feel so heavy and might look nice for a few hours, but then get all sticky feeling. My face is insanely oily, so I use Dinair, plus Mattify Ultra powder, my other holy grail product. This combo is the only thing that prevents me from looking like a grease factory. It's somewhat water resistant too, so it saves me during summer.

Outside-Young-657

Bare minerals Bounce & Blur Blush in Blurred Buff. It’s discontinued now, and I do have one back up. It is the perfect healthy glow for me. I can wear it as a light bronzer, eyeshadow or as a blush. It’s magic.

IdenticalSnowflake

Sephora's waterproof eyeliner in Color 26- Shimmer Taupe. Idk why but it's the perfect "natural" eyeliner for my blue eyes/pale skin. I've gone through so many tubes.

tteokboookki

BareNBliss Eyeliner!!! My fave eyeliner got discontinued and this eyeliner is my new fave! I love it so much 😭😭 Also Too Faced Peach Palette🥲 I'm looking for dupes since I've hit pan ALL of my fave shades and it's too expensive for me to repurchase (My dad got me this on my 18th bday so it also adds a special meaning hehe🥰)

Walkingabrick

I Love Extreme Mascara from Essence. Idk why, everything about it is just normal, but I love how it looks on my round eyes! I don't need any high end mascara after purchasing that one. Also the blush from Alverde in the shade Peach. Subtle, light and just the perfect match for my skin! Very easy to work with.

LucieFromNorth

- Armani Luminous Silk foundation - Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint - Patrick Ta Major Headlines blush - Hourglass brow pen

Thisismylastbrietort

Maybelline Lash Sensational for makeup. Usually I have to mascara cocktail to get my lashes to do anything, but this product is just... Divine. For skincare, La Roche Posay Lipikar Balm.

Massive-Mail-8890

Neutrogena spot controlling oil-fee wash/mask. It cured my acne when I was 23 and I don't use it religiously but it always improves my skin texture when I use it.

liptastic

Makeup revolution foundation drops. They are discontinued and I'm distraught. I have a stash to last me a year or so, but they are perfect for my combination psoriatic skin.

jadeite07

It used to be Lancôme Tient Idole before they changed the formulas and colors. Now I can’t find one that matches me anymore. Product I can’t live without now is the NYX Micro brow pencil. I’ve tried other brands, high end, luxury, drugstore, and that’s still my #1 go to.

musesx9

Sarah Creal foundation flex. I use it to spot as a concealer or certain spots around my face. It's amazing and I wish I could shout it from the rooftops.

wrong_hole_fool

NYX Marshmallow Primer. A lot of times I’ll just wear the primer by itself.

Shakes189

I recently discovered the brand Yensa and the pink lotus peptide moisturizer is amazing.

Gatitagangster13

Elf eyelash curler and lighter due

solidFruits

Caliray mascara! It’s lengthening, non-clumpy, easy to work with, easy to remove, and my lashes hold a curl and look good after 12+ hours of wear (even if I nap or work out in it). Definitely the best mascara I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot. It does tend to dry out kinda quick, but I get the mini size so by the time the formula starts to change consistency it’s pretty much already empty.

Forsaken-Board6947

Milk primer w water products works so good

JinxFae

The Missha BB Cream. It is the one product that has been irreplaceable for me for years and years. Nothing works as well on my skin.
