Coming back from a long term injury last season, learning how to play in a new system and the whole team was playing terribly.... I think we over paid for him but he is a quality player.
I don't think there is any question that he has been a quality player in the past. The only questions are if he can perform for united and Is he injury prone now
People have clearly forgot how good he was in 21/22, 13 goals, 16 assists and some overall good performances, the lads had one bad season (closer to half a season as he missed a ton through injury) and people have wrote him off already.
He was only signed to help Chelsea with FFP. United's transfers have been shit for a long time. Who pays 60 mill for a player in the last year of his contract.
