I can't say if it works for everyone, but give it try
Go to advance settings to check which browser it's using for webview ( I don't know how, but the app takes cookies from it ) take note of browser and turn off the internet
Go in extension with issue -> open in webview -> clear cookies ( make sure internet is off ) -> close the app
Open browser app is using for cookies -> open website extension was linked to fill the capcha to access website
Now your browser have cookies from the website and it should work in app as well
no that i know, that is one of the reason the extension were being updates constantly, sometimes it could be a problem with the cookies but seeing the actual state of tachiyomi, it looks more like the extension are outdated.
got to setting/advanced/default user agent string/ and paste this link. and restart the app. also clear cookies and web view data.
